Effective water purification - We are using this in our lake which is creek-fed and had been contaminated by a construction site 3 miles upstream. We found that the unit would take a bucket of pea soup thick and green contaminated lake water and miraculously turn it crystal clear (no exaggeration) within 9 minutes. So we have it driving 9 4" half-sphere air stones in a section of the lake.Together with our water pumps and filters and aerators, the lake water is now clear.We've been using this unit 24/7 for a month now with absolutely no problems. It runs continuously.Highly recommended.

We currently are renovating home and live in a very humid area. We purchased this unit, air dryer + valve direct from A2Z for a much reduced price - which is better feel good considering this unit vibrates so bad we have had to put a six pound weight on top to help keep noise level down. (I suspect this was a returned unit). So far we have used it in several rooms and in crawl space under house to keep odor under control. I usually set it at 100% [c] in larger areas and less in smaller areas as the O3 will destroy plastics, etc like what is usually found in our bathroom. We use a much reduced A2Z unit for vegetables and water.

We have been looking for over two years for an ozone generator that can actually output significant ozone. Most "affordable" models you see for sale by no-name sellers online are cheap junk. That "3 gram per hour" corona discharge ozone generator from Ebay- does it produce ozone? Sure. But actually measure it and you'll find these things can't pump out much more than 0.25-0.5g/hr even with pure oxygen feed.That's not at all the case with this excellent unit from A2Z (We tested the 8000 model). We produced the titration curves shown in the image using the iodine method, proving it can indeed output 8g/hr or more with a pure, dry oxygen feed. Make sure you purchase or build an in-line drying tube and backflow preventer to maximize the efficiency and lifetime of the corona discharge tubes. They work best in the absence of moisture. Get yourself a gas needle valve with flow meter. These are cheap and as you can see from the diagram, flow rate drastically affects output, so you need to control it.The construction is rugged and solid. The handle on top of the unit makes it easy to move around. It comes with somewhat cryptic and badly translated instructions, but operation is fairly simple. The main things to remember are 1) disconnect the feed tube that connects the inlet to the compressor loop if you intend to feed it pure oxygen from a tank and 2) don't use the compressor function if you're feeding from an oxygen tank.Finally a word of warning: this is NOT an air purifier. It's meant for sterilizing large quantities of water and it can output some serious concentrations of ozone: far more than is needed to injure or even kill you if inhaled. Ozone smells pleasant at low concentrations but it is acutely toxic and your sense of smell will be saturated quickly at dangerous concentrations. Treat ozone with respect and always operate with copious ventilation or outdoors. Never rely on smell to determine safe levels of ozone.

You will not be using this full force. It generates more ozone than you can use. Don't think I will ever connect the auxiliary oxygen tank to it. Rubber bands in the room fall apart with maximum strength.

Excellent ozone machine, highly recommended. Take care though and don't over do it, at 8000mg/hour Ozone output this thing is very fast. Two to three minutes for a quart of iced water, five minutes for cleaning up fruits and vegetables, etc. It should last a long time. A Oxygen Concentrator Generator is highly recommended to use with this unit.

internal air compressor has no air dryer, which is a a design flaw. the production of ozone was misleading if you are looking for a large ozone production unit.

This has performed as advertised and A2Z has been great to work with. I have ozonated gallons of water, purified air and ozonated about 1/2 gallon of various oils ~remember~ must keep the water and oil "iced" for best results...overall extremely happy with my purchase.
