Pure water, fast flow, solid system
Installed the iSpring RCC1DP a few months ago, and it’s been performing really well. The tankless design with the built-in pump gives a steady, fast flow—no lag like traditional RO systems. The water quality is excellent—TDS drops to zero, with no fowl taste or smell. When Texas water is taken into consideration. The system becomes the greatest choice and awesome bang for buck compared to other filters like Zero water. As with Texas water, small filter will go out within weeks.I have it attached to kitchen sink, ordered a small converter for sink. The pump is fast and fills a 5 gallon container within 20minutes. And thats enough water for 3 days.Setup was pretty straightforward if you’re comfortable with basic plumbing, and the compact design saves a lot of space. The clear housings are a nice touch for checking filter condition at a glance.Minor downside: there’s some TDS creep at the very start of each use, so it helps to flush it for a bit first. Also, since it’s pump-powered, it depends on electricity—something to keep in mind.Overall, it’s a great system for anyone needing high-purity water on demand without bulky tanks, less cost per year, no changes required

Pretty happy so far
I installed it 2 days ago and am enjoying the nice clean water for drinking, making coffee, and watering plants. The system all came in a big box, everything was very well packed, seems of high quality, and well marked. Very intuitive assembly and everything went smoothly. The TDS of our tap water is right around 270ppm, and the ispring brought it down to about 25ppm. I had a few questions before I purchased the system, and Julius was always quick to respond. My only complaint so far is I wish the supply line was about 12" longer. I wanted to mount the system on the opposite side from the supply line, but there wasn't quite enough line when you have to install the leak detector on the 'floor.'

Very easy to assemble
This is an amazing product about it for my saltwater reef aquarium and it does an amazing job. I recently changed the water in the aquarium and my tank looks crystal clear and I can tell the fishes love it and so do I easy to assemble and very easy to operate. Thanks I spring.

Great value and high output rate
The media could not be loaded. Simple installation and high output rate. ISpring have done a great job by installing the booster pump on the unit. All I had to was plug it in. The booster pump makes a big difference in output and reducing waste water. I had an issue registering for the 3 year extended warranty and the team was quick to respond and resolve it. Excellent support is a big thing for me and these guys met my expectations. I would recommend them based on the quality of the unit and the support.

Contaminated water tank.
Tank that was provided was not sanitary.Tank had no cap on it and a strange smell came from the opening. I thought nothing of it as many adhesives and chemicals can have strange smells when they are new. When I set up the system, the water smelled awful, and the water had a very strange taste. After about 2 weeks, the smell was almost gone.9 months ago, that same smell returned, but only a little and only when the water is boiled (smell was in the steam).Bought the filter kit, but it does not come with sanitizer. Got sanitizer and tried my best to sanitize the system, however, I don't believe the tank was able to be fully sanitized.3 months pass and now have the same issue again and is the worst it has ever been. This is what happens when a company cheaps out on the parts and some arrive in unsanitary conditions. The kit says NOTHING about needing to sanitize the system before first run, gives no instructions on how to properly sanitize the system either. Now I have lost another RO filter to contamination due to iSpring not having good quality control. If you experience foul smelling water in any of the iSpring kits, it is contaminated and should be returned immediately. You don't know what was in your tank and it is not worth the risk.

RODI System 👍👍👍👍👍
Fast shipping and came double boxed with no damage. The directions are easy to follow and made the setup really easy. So far it’s pumping out 0 ppm with absolutely no leaks I’m overly impressed.

Great Product at a Good Price Point
Spring RCC7D 75 GPD Reverse Osmosis/Deionization Water Filter System is an easy to install and use system. I suggest you review some YouTube install videos (other than from the company) prior to installing. After I did that, the install process made better sense and very easy. My issues were that the "T" valve that connects to the cold water line and the filter system leaked; not at the connections but internally. Since this happened on a Friday night and iSpring Customer Service wasn't open till Monday, I went to Lowes and bought a better one than came with the system. On Monday I contacted Customer Service and they said they would send a new "better" connector, which they did. My other issue was with the registration process. When I spoke to CS about the connector, they told me I needed to upload a receipt showing where I purchased the product from. On the registration website, it doesn't mention that, it only asks where you bought the product. The product works great and is producing excellent tasting water with "0" Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). Glad I bought this.
