Ok, so I cant say it has improved my digestion in any percieved way.i CAN say, it didn't give me gas, allergic reactions, or nasty side effects.It just smells like a plain old medicine capsule, with no taste.I'm going on three weeks and can neither confirm nor deny effectiveness.

The capsules are easy to swallow, and I just take them with my evening meal. I've noticed less upset and better regularity, though it took about a week.I do keep them in the fridge, though the container says it's not required, but it is suggested. Since I'd like to have the best results the whole month, I thought I'd do that.I tried cutting down to one a day for 4 days, but by the 4th day I could tell a difference, so went back to 2 daily, and have been pretty happy with the results. I feel like my gut is working more like it should. I can't tell any difference between how I feel with this and how others made me feel. This is a little more expensive for a month's supply compared to some others.
