No harsh results
I have been using the product for five days consistently. I started with half of the recommended dose the first two days. The taste is good. Gentle on my stomach, no major issues. I figure it will take some time and patience.

Definitely cleans me out and keeps me regular. Takes away sugar and alcohol cravings as well. I feel great after taking it and no harsh side effects. Great value for the money and the taste is not bad at all. Will buy again in a larger bottle.

Definitely noticing less bloating after starting this. I have"looked" to see if there has been anything expelled but I will say my tummy definitely looks and feels different!

Pleasant tasting right ingredients
Has all the right ingredients without the bitter taste, in fact itās pleasant tasting. Not sure about results, I donāt look.

Sugar cravings increased
Doesnāt taste bad but not sure itās working. Iām actually craving more sugars and being diabetic thatās not good. I donāt notice a difference other than my sugar cravings increasing. š
