Good flavours to feel well and hydrated
Great starter pack to try all flavours and see if this is a good product for you. Good taste for all three but strawberry days are my favourite. Felt this was easy to digest for me and I felt good as well as hydrated after consistent days of use. Packets dissolved fairly well but needed a fair amount of stirring. I switched to shaking it in a bottle and it mixes much more quickly.

Tasty hydration drink for on the go.
Waited to review until I tried all 3. The Lemon Ginger would normally be my favorite, but had a bit of an artificial taste. The Strawberry Hibiscus & Açaí Pomegranate flavors were a bit more appealing. Not too sweet and the powder dissolves well. You can add water to dilute to your desired taste. Priced fairly ($30.59 for 21 or $1.46 each). The additional benefits of Prebiotics, Probiotics, Apple Cider Vinegar & more make this even more desirable. Much better than sugary drinks filled with artificial ingredients. Nice to have small packets for on the go. Happy with Superbelly Gut-Building Hydration Drink Mix.

Hydrating Gut Support
Blume SuperBelly Variety Pack are a convenient way to get your probiotics and they taste great! This variety pack came in Strawberry, Lemon, and Acai all of which tasted good. Not only do these contain prebiotics and probiotics, they also contain other important ingredients, such as electrolytes and apple cider vinegar. These are a great way to help your gut and get hydrated.

No Thank You
This order comes with three different flavors of Blume SuperBelly powders each individually wrapped- Acai Pomegranate, Lemon Ginger and Strawberry Hibiscus. There are 21 powder sticks total, so 7 of each flavor. I was excited to try these, as not only are they unique flavors, but they are also packed with pre and probiotics and help with hydration per the label. The first thing that I noticed is that the individually wrapped packages do not tear width wise, they tear length wise, so the powder doesn’t smoothly transition into my cup. Yes, I could use a scissors to cut it how I’d like, but it defeats the purpose of carrying scissors around if I want to use this on-the-go.In terms of the flavors- the strawberry hibiscus and acai pomegranate were just okay at best. They had an extremely light flavor with a terrible vinegar after taste from the ACV within the powder. The lemon ginger flavored powder- intolerable and inedible. To be fair, I really tried to consume this flavor and even increased the amount of water used to dilute it, but it was horrible. I don’t care what benefits these Blume SuperBelly powders have, it is not worth it. No thank you.

I love it
These are great. They are not as sweet as hydration packs tend to be. I still put mine in 32 ounces of more of water because I do not like sweet beverages. The first day, I used it, I felt great. I dealt as if it cleansed me up a bit. I will say that it does increase your appetite if you do not follow the directions on when to drink it.I think it hydrates because I felt great while taking it. However, I was still thirsty after drinking it. I think it may be because sweet beverages always make me feel thirsty, so I do not think it is the hydration packs tend.I tried two of the flavors. I gave the ginger away. My favorite is the pomegranate one.I do like this. I plan to buy more when I run out. I recommend it.

Great but...
Overall the taste and quality are great. It mixes really well with ice cold water and found it helped me really wake up in the morning. The only major draw back is the value question as you don't get nearly as much. If that gets fixed, this would definitely be a pantry staple for me as it dissolves well and tastes great

Tasty! But might be alittle sweet for some.
What stands out most is how gentle these are on my system. Unlike some gut health supplements that cause bloating or discomfort, these integrate smoothly into my daily routine. I typically mix one stick with cold water mid-morning, and I've noticed improved digestion and less afternoon bloating. One drawback is the price point, which is higher than regular hydration mixes. However, considering the added prebiotics, probiotics, ACV, and electrolytes, the value proposition makes sense if gut health is a priority. Its also alittle sweet with the stevia, and may not be everyones cup of tea.For anyone struggling with digestive issues who wants a simple, portable solution, Blume's SuperBelly packets are worth trying - especially if you're tired of capsules or traditional probiotics that need refrigeration.

Just so-so.
I was very intrigued by the promises from Blume SuperBelly in Strawberry Hibiscus, Lemon Ginger and Acai Pomegranate. Unfortunately, the Apple Cider Vinegar is very prominent in every drink. I don't mind ACV on its own or when I'm building a shrub drink with it, but I'm not a fan of it in my hydration drink. The Lemon Ginger flavor is completely overwhelmed by the turmeric used as coloring. What i thought would be my favorite in the bunch was my least liked. Strawberry Hibiscus's flavor was the flavor winner out of the three., but the ACV is still a prominent taste. At the present, each stick pack is about two dollars a piece. I think this is unfortunate because i've used more than 20 other kinds of hydration drinks and this one is definitely the most expensive-- too expensive in my opinion.
