I cannot give it 5 stars, yet because I have not been taking this all that long. What I can say is that some reviews said the taste was not bad and that is always subjective, but, it is not bad at all. I put the amount from the directions into about 8 oz. of water and drink it before any other vitamins or breakfast foods. I'll come back in a month or so and leave a real review of the products benefits as they apply to me.

The tincture is too thick to go up in the dropper. It's thick like maple syrup.
