Does not work
My least favorite words are "Have you seen my glasses?" My wife only needs glasses for reading, so she takes them off and loses them almost daily. We had very high hopes for this device. In fairness to the company, this is a start-up, so perhaps the device will improve in the future. The tracker is small and not obtrusive. It attaches with a rubber sleeve to the frame temple.Literally, nothing works. Nothing. The app requres more permissions than any app I've ever installed. I've not seen anything even close to the number of permissions requested. It is sufficiently egregious that I wondered whether the app is spyware. The primary argument against this being spyware is no competent spyware maker would market something that constantly crashes. The most likely reason for the excessive permissions is that the company plans on making money by selling data on user location and behavior. The permission request is very explicit about granting permission to market your data data to third parties. With about 2 hours of repeatedly crashing the app. I finally linked it via bluetooth to the tracker. No specific trick - just persistance. It linked, saw the glasses, and had the location correct. Yeah! It works! That was the only time that the app found the tracker. After that, the app lost track of the glasses. I had the fully charged tracker right next to the phone and - "no connection". Literally, the app could not see the glasses, despite being 1 foot away, bluetooth enabled, and about 20 feet away from a high bandwidth router. Not even once did the tracker find the glasses in multiple "test" cases. The app was unable to find the glasses when they were simply next to the tracker on the table, or placed in the next room. Two days later we noticed that the rubber sleeve attaching the tracker to the glasses frame was breaking. It seemed appropriately sized when we put it on. Clearly it is made of very low quality rubber and splits almost as soon as it is placed on the frame. The idea is great. With a decent app that actually works and doesn't constantly crash (on a fully updated Pixel 8 phone), with a less than terrifying number of permissions, decent quality rubber that doesn't start to split in 3 days, and the ability to actually track glasses, this would be a great little device. However, with the current device and software nothing works. The engineers, programmers, and product designers need to go back to the workbench and create something that does what it claims to do.

Has helped me locate my glasses many times
Have to be really close to it for it to work. So I retrace my steps I can find it but should be able to receive signal better

Doesn't Always Track
This is a great product...when it actually works. Mine, more often than not, when I try to use the tracker it says it's lost the connection and I have the option to mark it as "lost." Very frustrating and kind of defeats the purpose.

The charger doesn't work.
The only thing I see that doesn't work is the charger. There is not enough tension when you place the unit to be charged on the two contacts. Easy enough fix. I took a paper clip to apply the necessary pressure so it will now charge. Locator and everything else works fine.Although I wish it came with a working charger!

Seeing is Not Believing
I don't know what else to say other than this thing never worked properly. The app is terrible, and the eyeglasses piece fell apart.

THIS IS TRASH, THE DEVICE WAS 3 WEEKS LATE AND DOES NOT WORK
I ordered this for my son's glasses, based off of a product recommendation site, and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. The order was placed on September 14th, with 5 day delivery, and it didn't arrive until almost a month later. And it doesn't work. Every attempt I have made to connect the device to the Dolphin app has failed. The app crashes immediately when opened, even though my Galaxy S23 Ultra is fully up to date.
