My mother suffers from end stage macular degeneration. This is her second one and she would be lost without it. It is convenient for her to hold and she takes it everywhere. Big is not always better!

I bought this to replace one that my elderly parent had that stopped working after many years. They use it constantly and missed it once it didn't work. This was just like the previous one and made my parent very happy to get back her 'talking clock'. It doesn't take up a lot of room and can hang from a walker or bed rail.

My dad is blind, 75 & loves this. He presses to tell time & I set an alarm for him to wake up everyday. First one used it up two years. Just got a new one.

This item worked for about five minutes and quit. I would not waste my money on this.

I really wanted to like this. The settings are easy to use. The problem is that the battery will not stay in its placement. I find this to be the fault in the device, not the battery. The cover stays in place but the battery will not.
