OPS v3 - Fantastic Controller
Reviews from others claiming stick drift (they didn't bother to update the firmware that fixes this issue) or lack of software (didn't bother to download PowerA Gamer HQ app from MS store) are just flat-out wrong. I opened the controller, installed the app, updated the firmware and customized my buttons all within about 20 minutes and away I went. I have very large hands and I ended up returning the 2x as expensive Razer Wolverine v3 because it just wasn't comfortable to hold due to having short/stubby handles. This OPS v3 mimics the form factor of a standard Xbox controller and is much more comfortable. The turbo button works great to avoid button mashing in various titles, and I was able to calibrate the sticks to have almost zero deadzone and they are absolutely perfect (always reset to 0,0 coordinates upon testing). All-in-all, this is a fantastic controller that, in my opinion, outperforms some other controllers that cost 2x as much.

The only controller you need for under $40
Absolutely the best pad for the price. 3 select Adjustable triggers, 4 grip rear buttons. Just a gem. Also tested at incredibly low latency. Plays like a dream on even the tightest mechanical games like Souls series & Ghosts.

Disappointed.
The media could not be loaded. I wanted so badly to like this controller. It has excellent mechanical buttons. It has all the extra mappable buttons. It felt really good on day one, but that’s unfortunately where it ended. Day two I noticed while playing that my screen was shaking slightly. It was the right joystick. The controller seemed great until I looked further into it. I tested the sticks for return ( how they sprung back to zero after pushing them any direction) and it turns out, they just don’t go back to zero. They would hit anywhere from 3-8 input percentage. So customer service was great and sent me a new one to try. The second one had the same issue except it was actually worse. The sticks were so loose that my main game (rocket league) was completely unplayable. It reminded me of the old days when the n64 controller joystick would be so beat that it would just have way to much free play and never fully return to zero always giving a random direction input. So needless to say, I am returning both and going to try a different brand. This is the first power a controller I have even bought and it will be the last. Sorry but this just ain’t it. As you can see from the video, I’m not touching the controller but it’s registering inputs.

Good, functional controller for the price but...
It is still PowerA, and being a third party controller brand means support issues.PROS:However, the controller works great, hall effect sticks are very nice and responsive, buttons are about standard for an Xbox controller nothing special. The textured plastic on the grips, riggers and bumpers are great, and the triggers have a good amount of spring tension to make pulling the triggers very satisfying.Trigger locks work well and are tougher than other PowerA models I've used before so they stay in position better.Connection is great, IF you use the right connection for the right device.CONS:I've found that Bluetooth ONLY works with Android, not Windows, and I've read that it doesn't work with iPhone either. This means your only options for PC are the great USB 2.4Ghz dongle or the great wire it comes with. This is perfectly fine by me, but if you hate having a bunch of dongles or wires this might be a deal breaker. The bumpers are slightly off. Its a little hard to describe, but they don't register a press until they're pressed ALL the way down, not just when they click. This can lead to releasing too soon, when you feel the click, and missing an input. This is a pretty big issue but isn't a complete deal breaker for me.Another quick aside, it will not work on Switch, PS or Xbox either, meaning to only two platforms the controller will work with is Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux.Overall its been a solid controller and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good wireless controller with hall effect sticks.

Worthy controller
Good controller. Initial setup might be a bit confusing because there are 2 apps and then one you would install at first will not detect the controller. But do not panic, go to their website, download the correct app and it will get detected right away. I play mostly racking games and this allows me to be more precise than older Xbox controller I had. No complains after a few months, battery lasts, got it on sale, can't beat the value for the money

Worked ok at first.
At first, I liked the controller. Felt nice and seemed to work fine. Then I tried to get the software. Man was that a headache. Their official software doesn't even support the ops v3 yet so you have to get some beta software that only kind've works. Once I finally got the software semi-working, I noticed every so often in a game that my controller would disconnect for a second then reconnect. (This happened in 2.4 GHz mode)On bluetooth mode(which I don't recommend for reasons), It wouldn't even work properly on PC and half the buttons didn't register when connected via bluetooth. The only option that didn't have any issues was wired mode. I ended up returning the controller. Way better options out there for the price.

Wow, just wow!
I’ve been using powera wired controllers for years. I’m a PC gamer so wired just makes sense. Wireless? Just as good if not better than every other controller out there. Simple, Hall effect, back buttons, smooth rumble. All at a price of a regular controller. Easiest recommendation ever!
