No full Serato
For beginners ..My second controller.... better than the 1st. Using it with Virtual dj. Simple layout . Don't expect full version serato ..you have to purchase it separately. 😒

Got a Replacement
Initially, I got a defective one whose right jog wheel was not working.Got a Replacement of this Product.Fortunately,got better one with no defects.Please beware and always research on your seller before adding the item to your Cart.

Amazon's surprisingly abysmal return policy and fake warranty claim
Manufacting defect... mic isn't working as confirmed by Numark USA, the tech support team took time beyond the return window to confirm the issue. Now Amazon is not willing to take it back... seller is Appario retail, they are non responsive for warranty.. Amazon doesn't want to help, but asking me to take to the product to US for service! How can you guys be so cruel! Be wary of where you are buying it from... as exciting as it can be to purchase a product. Amazon for the first time has let me down broke my trust.

Super convenient.
Although I found the sound output a little less, I absolutely love the controller. It has everything you need as a DJ, and light to carry as well.
