Better sleep. I had tried lower dose 500’s. Started to take two, but decided that was too much. Settled on 750

I had been taking magnesium oxide which seemed to work fine for me, but I kept seeing recommendations for magnesium glycinate when it pertains to perimenopausal women like myself. I believe that the glycinate form of magnesium is more absorbable than the oxide form and is supposed to help better with sleep. I chose this particular magnesium glycinate because it seemed like a good deal and had good reviews attached to it. I haven't noticed any bad side effects like nausea. I always take supplements with food, though, and I tend to tolerate vitamins and supplements well. The capsule goes down smoothly, but, to be honest, I don't typically have any issues with swallowing vitamins. I take this supplement in the evening, along with a B6 vitamin which is supposed to help with absorption. The label also states that the company is third party tested, which I am always happy to see. I am pleased with this supplement and will continue to use it.

It’s nice to have a high dosage capsule instead of having to take more than one. Magnesium glycinate is said to be the most effective.
