Very nice band; color is tan, not pink.
Good quality, easily adjustable, very comfortable. The "starlight" band is a gray-ish white as pictured. However, the "pink" band that looks pink in the photos is actually tan, just the color of a fabric "flesh" colored bandage/wrap. Otherwise very nice, and a good price, so I'm taking a chance on ordering the same band in a different color.

Comfortable and barely noticeable
I bought these to try after te silicone strap that came with the inspire gave me a burn. These bands are fantastic. They are so much more comfortable, they are more accurate sizing so it doesn't slide around on your wrist, and honestly I sometimes forget I'm even wearing it because of how discreet the strap feels.

Contact Dermatitis within 24 hours
Unfortunately like one of the other reviews, I quickly got contact dermatitis on my wrist within 24 hours. Definitely beware if you have sensitive skin.
