I very rarely write product reviews, but I just had to do this one.**Packaging:** This was very nice experience, everything was very secure, and easy to unbox.**First Impressions:** Very good build quality, has a nice “heft” the vacuum itself feels solid, and the finish is impeccable. The base station is sleek, well built and great proportions.**6 weeks in:** Functionality; The app itself is very feature rich, it ties in to the whole suite of SwitchBot hardware, you can do many different things, from creating automations, adding iOS Shortcuts and bringing it in to a Matter ecosystem. Once the vacuum runs for the first time you get the incredibly details scan of the area, allowing to to segment and label rooms, create no-go areas and define room specific configuration, like how many time to clean and the power settings.Cleaning; It has several power modes, allowing you to adjust for the level of soiling. I was very impressed by how powerful it actually is for the size, you get that lifted up pile look, which is fantastic, it dose really well in corners and I’ve not had one issue yet.Battery; my area is about 45sqm, one charge can clean it twice with ease, but it self manages this and will go and charge itself if it needs to and continue the cleaning after.Noise; even at max power, it very quite, my cat is even not bothered by it, usually he runs away from the hoover!Obstacle Avoidance: The front bumper is responsive and means that if things are moved in its way, it just goes around it, the no-go areas help you tell it where not to go if you have a specific area that it has trouble with etc. I’ve found that it’s really good at adjusting to difference floor types, and handles things like rugs, small curbs really well, the wheels adjust automatically to raise or lower itself based on obstacles it encounters.Integration; The app has support for all the main platforms, Apple, Alexa, Google and the Matter standard, this means you can use voice control to start a cleaning etc. And if you’re in to home automation, you can add it to Homeassistant.Value For Money; Considering everything I’ve just said, I can’t believe how reasonably priced this was, the entire range of products also fall with in the level of quality I’ve described.**Final Thoughts:** I’m very impressed by this product, and the entire SwitchBot ecosystem, it’s a very well thought out and easy to use, I’ve already purchased other devices, and they haven’t let me down.

Set-up was quick and easy, and it connected to my smart home system with zero stress. It’s been running smoothly ever since—quiet, responsive, and does exactly what I need it to.I also love how compact and minimal it looks. Doesn’t take up space or draw attention, but still gets the job done better than some of the bulkier stuff I’ve tried.Really happy I picked this up. Solid bit of kit and well worth the price.

The vacuum is small, significantly smaller than other robot vacuums which is it's first main selling point - this means it's effective at getting places my previous robot could notIt's still powerful tho, and cleans well.It's collision detection isn't the best, and it does get stuck on kids toys etc, but it's better than many dumb robots at this price pointIt's well made, connects via WiFi 2.5g and works well

delightful machine. Self emptying and finds its own way round the house. small enough to clean under tables and in awkward spaces. Does occasionally get stuck but beeps to let you know. This is my 3rd robot vacuum cleaner and the best. Great value for money and easy to site.

I HAVE HAD ROBOTIC CLEANERS IN THE PAST AND STILL HAVE AN EXCELLENT MACHINE WHICH MOPS AND HOOVERS BUT IT IS BIG AND GETS STRANDED ON THE BASE OF MY BAR STOOLS. THIS MACHINE IS ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS AT CLEANING MY VINYL FLOOR. I SHOOK MY RUG OUT ON TO IT AND IT HAPPILY WENT UP AND DOWN FLICKING CRUMBS ETC AROUND THE FLOOR. HOWEVER IT DIDNT PICK THEM UP. IT TRAVELS TOO FAST TO SUCK UP THE CRUMBS AND FIICKS THEM EVERYWHERE. IT THEN SMUGLY TELLS YOU IT HAS FINISHED THE CLEANING AND IS GOIGN TO REST IN THE DOCKING STATION. I EVEN SWEPT PILES OF CRUMBS INTO ITS PATH ONLY TO HAVE THEM DISPERSED ACROSS THE KITCHEN AGAIN. PIC ABOCE IS AFTER 2ND TIME OF CLEANING. VERY VERT DISAPPOINTED. IT DID WORK OK ON CARPET BUT NOT ON A KITCHEN FLOOR.

I’ve been raving about this to everyone. First of all, I love how compact it all is. It fits nicely into a corner of my small flat, and the robovac itself it a great size.I love that it’s mapped my whole place and I can send it off to either clean certain sections or set it to clean the whole flat when air go out for the day.I haven’t used the mopping function yet, but I’m impressed with the vacuuming capabilities. It saves me so much time! And you hear it switch to a more powerful suction on carpets/rugs. It’s my favourite recent purchase.

This shrimp of a robot can get into all the corners and dutifully cleans under sideboards and beds where the dust has never seen the light of day. It first maps the space by LIDR (and gently kissing all the edges with its snout) and then bustles about in a quite endearing way. It can extend its wheels to deal with uneven surfaces and sometimes, when faced with an unexpected obstacle it takes a little run up to break on through!The app is remarkable too - fascinating to see the shape of our living space mapped out and the ability to create rooms and special zones is really very powerful. Integration with Alexa and home assistant seem easy and the pickup performance - the task we actually bought it to perform - is excellent. Bang per buck 10/10.
