Caring for my hot tub used to be such a chore. It was costly and I never could keep the water quality stable. This device makes it so easy and enjoyable again. Initially you may notice a smell but it wears off quickly and is much better than the traditional chlorine treatment. It's worth the investment just in the time it's saved me.

These work very well, however they are also quite expensive. It is much cheaper to add the chemicals yourself, however for those that want easy, this is easy, and also make keeping chemical levels in balance. I used them for a long time, but now that I am retired I have the time to keep the chemicals in balance for a lot less cost.

This works great. Use to chase chemicals every week. Now I just replace the bottle piece every 3-4 weeks. I still add shock when I get out of the hot tub but I always have crystal clear water and my tests are always spot on. Cost more than manual managing chemicals but worth it to me for the time savings and piece of mind.

Very easy to use and water stays clear and clean with very little work, just basic filter cleaning and shock. This takes the guess work out of it. Levels stay in the preferred zone and the water feels better. I’m going to be a customer as long as it continues to work.

This system uses different chemicals vs regular spa treatments. It's is easy to set up, but the blue side will last about 4 months and the gray side about 4 weeks, depending on size of spa. We have a small one, about 175 gallons and we get about that level of life on the blue side and a bit longer on the gray side. So you have to test weekly and if a level starts to show low on the Frog test strip, either change a side or add extra chemical. For this reason, I dropped a star. Do not bring your water to a local pool or spa supply place as they don't understand the levels this Frog uses for good water. They will tell you to add more chlorine when it's not necessary. So use the test strips provided. Mine always shows a need for harder water, so not sure why the Frog doesn't help with that when it's on their test strip. In any case, it's not perfect and it is costly at about $35 a month when factoring the two sides of the Frog. But it is convient. Just keep extra gray and one blue on hand as they run down at different rates, and the Frog will tip to its side to indicate a change is needed. You can also control the rate chemicals are released by turning a slot on each side of the Frog. Larger spas require more slots to be open and will use product up faster.

This has been so easy to use! It lasts for a few months and it is so worth the money! I don’t have to worry about crazy adjustments either. So convenient and efficient!
