This has been a life saver for my body especially for circulation purposes and restless leg syndrome relief it also helps as a massage for your feet and legs after a long hard day sitting down or standing up it's amazing I liked it so much and it helped me so much I bought one for my elderly father who has poor circulation he absolutely loved it. Highly recommend. Has Bluetooth and the cord is long so you can pretty much place it where you sit on your sofa or chair and it will reach the outlet. It also has suction cups on the bottom so it stays still on hardwood or ceramic or tile also does grade on my rug never moves and I have used very high speeds with no issues supports a very nice weight as well for us heavier folks. Highly recommend this one. The remote makes it easy especially if you can bend over or if you're sitting in your chair relaxing.

I was on the fence about buying this product, there weren't a lot of reviews when I purchased the first one, but I decided to take a chance because it's a great price. It has a lot of the features of more expensive machines it doesn't just vibrate. It doesn't almost figure 8 vibration that engages all of your muscles. I have been using it as part of my weight loss plan these past eight months and I'm down 100 pounds. When I step off the plate, my legs and body definitely feel like I have been using all of my muscles, which you do to maintain balance as the machine vibrates beneath you. As I became used to the sensation, I moved the plate closer to the wall and do wall push-ups while my body vibrates. I love everything about it, it's not too heavy the cord is long enough the remote works well! My son-in-law was diagnosed with a rare medical condition that causes swelling in his legs and loss of muscle, and I purchased one for him and my daughter to use to help with building muscle and draining lymph fluids. They love it as well!

This exercise equipment is great and really works.

Had it for 5 days. Worked fine until I turned the vibration past 30 and than it just stopped working. Now it will not work at all, just hums. Sending it back. Also no resistance bands were included. I think this one Simone’s else’s return because it has a sticker on it that says update money? Odd.

I wanted to try this product out because I heard a lot of reviews that it was helpful for low back pain and I can also agree with them! After having used it several times, I've felt an improvement in some body aches and pains I've been feeling. I have degenerative damage in my lower back that I can easily throw out in my sleep with tossing and turning and bad sleeping positions. Which is precisely what happened to me this morning. I woke up feeling like my back was going out again. I decided to sit for 10 minutes on it, with my feet comfortably crossed in front of me on the ground in front of me sitting on the machine. The vibration really helped and felt like a massage, all the way up my back and down for that entire time. I felt the circulation improve and then I used it again later, sitting in a computer chair with my feet on the pad. It's a very versatile machine, super powerful, but I'm ok not having resistance bands. My overall balance and strength have improved as well! I believe this item already paid for itself after already using it 10 times or more! It's a great value for the money compared to other models online for sale.

So helpful. Helps with circulation, balance, swelling, works out tight muscles. Great buy. I use it almost daily.

This is my second Vibration plate machine purchased from Amazon. The first one I got almost 2 years ago is heavy, sturdy, great. Still working with 3 people using it every day.I purchased this new one for my son for his bday bc the one I have is no longer available. This one gets the job done I suppose but it’s smaller, it rattles loudly, it’s definitely not as sturdy. The depth of the vibe is not as deep- more surface.I wouldn’t put a 200+ person on it.Overall its ok but I would not buy it again. If I had purchased it for myself, I would’ve returned and bought a different one. My son will not use it as much as I do so I will just have him keep it.

Vibration Plate work really well. No damage when it came to me, very easy to use. I wish it was a little wider but it still works just fine!
