Works flawlessly for dual monitors, responsible customer support
I bought this product for my triple-display setting with my laptop (laptop lid closed). I chose this because it comes with power adapter and all the connections can be made with a single USB-C connection. It worked flawlessly for dual monitors, but the third HDMI port was not working properly. It flashed periodically and the issue persisted with different cables and monitors. I reached out to the support and they promptly responsed, and after some troubleshooting, they sent me a new product pretty quickly. I appreciate that the customer service actually exists. One tiny complaint is that the main USB-C cable goes to the back of the docking station, so the cable has to circumbent on top of the docking station to insert to my laptop. I wish they attached it in front of the docking station.

Excellent docking station. It makes work/camp life doable.
I built my husband a 6’ long desk for our camper. The next thing I know, he orders 2 monitors. We were leaving in a week! I ordered this docking station to run the 2 monitors and permanently live in our camper. It is perfect!Update: still amazing! Now with photos from the camper “office”. Working from camper with kitties and sunshine is SO HARD! But somebody’s got to do it! Thanks to WavLink, I can do it in style!

Good for a month
I was really excited for this. Plugged it in. Three monitors standing alone with my laptop. Keeps my laptop charged (Awesome), Instantly connects to my Mouse and Keyboard via USB (Awesome). When my laptop goes into sleep mode. Three monitors (plus one for the laptop screen), goes into standby mode. Shake the mouse, hit a key. Laptop is back up along with perhaps one monitor. I have to reset this docking station every time to get all monitors back on. The monitors btw are Identical. I tried to hit the power button for the "off" monitors. "Pending Signal". Nothing works unless, I reset the Docking station. It worked great for a month. I've passed the return date, otherwise would be returning. Don't buy. Save the money for something that works.

Solid piece of gear so farr
This is actually the ONLY adapter I have found that handles three SEPARATE HDMI monitors on an M2 Air. You see other ones that have 3 ports, but it's a mirrored display. This dock actually allows me to have FOUR DIFFERENT screens, if we include the actual laptop screen. That's unreal. I only use 3 though, keeping the clamshell closed and only using large monitors. I do have 1 monitor that gives me an issue waking up from sleep, but just one, and I'm pretty sure it's the adapter. Not a big deal though. 3 of them would be.It takes a special driver to do this, which was painless. I have a vertical monitor and initially freaked a bit when I couldn't find the system setting to change it, but it was in the driver which has a helpful menubar dropdown. The device itself is well made, solid, metal. It's a little heavy, including the separate power brick, but that's not a complaint as it feels substantial and not delicate or fragile. It would add some weight to a laptop bag, then again I'm not going anywhere where I need to hook up 3 monitors, and I don't want to disconnect and reconnect my home setup, so I'll be getting a smaller 1-monitor dock soon as well that can hit the road with me.I very very occasionally get a little tiny video glitch, so rare and brief as to not affect my rating, but just so you're aware, if you need it to be perfect, it's only like 99.5% perfect. The fact that it's the only product that does what I needed, and was reasonably priced, rounds that up for me..

Works. Sort of.
This was a frustrating experience as I originally couldnt get a clean video signal to my external monitor from any of the HDMI, or DisplayPort ports, regardless of resolution or refresh rate. Sparkles, flickering, intermittent audio. I replaced the included USB-C? cable between my MacBook and the dock with a certified 240W Thunderbolt 4 cable and now all good. Single cable out of my MacBook, clean desk. Dock seems to work for now, just beware the cheap cable.

***UPDATED** Wavlink customers service helped get it working
Changed form 1 star to 5 starWavlink customers service is excellent. they helped me figure out the issue. For my computer, I had to disable the usb root hub that allows the PC to turn off the monitor to save power. Here is what they provided.1.Upgrade the bios , graphics driver and thunderbolt 3 driver or firmware if possible. You could find these driver at the website of the pc manufacturer. If you are not sure where to find them, pls tell us the detail model number of your pc,we will send the driver link to you directly2.Disable the option of the usb root hub to allow the pc turn of this device to save power. You could do the same thing to all usb root hubTo go to device manager, please right click windows and click device manager like the picture shown below.I have not tried it yet but I am confident that a 4th monitor can be added with a direct connection from my laptop's HDMI output.******I was hoping to have a 4 monitor setup with this unit. However, only 2 monitors will work out of this docking station. If you add the 3rd, 2 of the monitors turn on and off about every 12 seconds. I found that if I connect 2 monitors to the dock, they stay on. If I connect a 3rd monitor to my laptop directly, it also stayed on. That is the work around that I had to do to make this work for 3 monitors.
