Did you know that unless they are certified organic, most grains are harvested with Roundup? That includes rice. Even though it’s pricier than regular brown rice, I consider it to be an investment in my health. It’s well packaged and microwaveable makes it easy to cook. Each package is 7 ounces, a bit smaller than other brands. Shrinkflation, Sigh!

I bought these for work lunches! I am so disappointed the taste is dry even after adding butter! It has been sitting somewhere for almost 2 years ! This is not ok! Of course being a food item it is not returnable!

This Thai Harvest Brown Jasmine Rice tastes very good for brown jasmine rice you can heat up in only 90 seconds. The rice comes out tender with the perfect chewiness. It has a very good nutty flavor. I love this rice! However, I recommend not heating it up in the plastic container it comes in but instead emptying the rice into a (non-plastic) bowl, adding a few drops of water, cover and heat it. Plastic leeches forever chemicals and endocrine disrupting estrogen mimics into everything, especially when heated, so for your long-term health it's best to avoid heating *anything* in plastic.Bear in mind that this case contains a total of 3.5 pounds of pre-cooked brown jasmine rice. You are paying a lot for that convenience at $30 for the 3.5 pounds. Uncooked brown jasmine rice can be purchased for a small fraction of that price, though it will need cooking.Overall, this is a very good brown jasmine rice, but if the convenience is not necessary, you would be better off purchasing uncooked brown jasmine rice and cooking it yourself.

This rice was dry & not fully cooked when cooked according to directions. It helped some when I added a few spoons of water & microwaved it 20 - 30 seconds longer.

The expiration date on the packs that I received is 17 months in the future.
