Clauss T-18428 2.5-Inch Kitchen Knife - Grey/Red

I had bought two of these some years ago, a super little knife that stays sharp with time, just the right size for peeling potatos, cutting carrots, a multiple of uses, excellent value, excellent product, the only reason i have needed to buy more is that i have accidentally thrown out my earlier knives with the vegetable peelings!

Extra sharp small handy knife, non slip grip makes working with it much easier when you have wet hands. Super good for peeling, as its small its good with cutting or chopping just small things. In overall very good product.

My family is addicted to roast pistachio nuts and they all get sore nails trying to split the difficult ones, using this to prise them open cures that problem. Only drawback is we eat more nuts. Easy to hold and easy to find being red , seems quite tough.

I've been looking for a replacement for my small paring knife which somehow got thrown away. I've tried a few top priced knives but never got one comfortable enough but this knife is just GREAT, it fits beautifully in my hand and stays sharp for a long time. It's just the right size for pealing apples or potatoes, will buy again.

This is an excellent small kitchen knife that's so handy for many jobs around the kitchen.The blade is very sharp and importantly, easy to sharpen. The non-slip handle adds to comfort and safety.No complaints from me - indeed, I have just ordered another!

Ideal for peeling spuds and doing veg prep. Just the right size comfy to hold nice colour and sharp happy with my purchase.

This knife is great. Although cheap to buy, it is good quality and does the job as well as a more expensive knife. Would buy again.
