I will say I have purchased this watch 3 times. Every 18 approximately it stops taking a charge. But while it works it is great. This time I purchased the warranty so when or if this happens again I should be covered. I will say after the second time I did buy a different watch but it did not compare to this one. Price is decent and the size and weight is very similar to an ordinary watch. I like the notifications for calls and move.

My husband and I loved our Fitbits for as long as they lasted. Unfortunately, they both came apart about 13 to 14 months after we purchased them.When I called the company, we were offered a “generous” 35% off another $200 purchase.These are cheaply made, and according to Fitbit customer support, cannot be repaired. Both of the faces pulled away from the base and then the screen quit working within a couple of hours. We do not recommend wasting your money

Like everything about this waych. Only thing I dislike is I have to remove it for a shower or swim.Other than that it's greatIt doesn't seem to hurt it in the rain or dishwashing

Bought this to replace my husband's Charge 4 which broke. He has a-fib, so getting an ECG reading was important. So far this watch has been great and battery life is an improvement. The band took him awhile to get used to, but now he likes it.

This is a great watch, but I'm honestly not sure I would buy it again. I'm writing this just after my watch that was 15 months old just died (blue diamond of death).Here is what I love about the watch: the batter lasts for several days, it has great watch faces to choose from, the steps and always-on heart rate monitoring is so nice to have, it has very customizable notifications for things like texts and calendar reminders, there is a huge selection of bands you can purchase to customize the look, it seems to have very accurate determinations of calories burned for exercises.When the watch became unresponsive, with a screen showing just a blue diamond (it's a thing, look it up...), I tried everything to reset/revive it. I even spoke to the customer service at fitbit/google, who were honestly super nice and helpful in trouble shooting. Unfortunately, they confirmed that the watch was truly dead and, at 15 months, was beyond the 12 month warranty. So the best they would offer me was 30% off another product from their store.So buyer beware. It's a great watch, but you are paying for a VERY short-lived consumer product.

I broke the screen on my original one when it fell onto a hard surface and this was a great replacement. Works just as well as my original one that was purchased from Apple.
