i never believed in taking supplements for focus. however, my personal trainer recommended these to help me cut down on my coffee intake. it gives me a steady energy and truly helps mefocus at work! sometimes i am stuck in one excel spreadsheet all day, and this honestly helps me focus on my projects with hyper intensity. i don’t get distracted and i never experience an energy crash after words . i wish they were cheaper, but they are worth the money for sure

I work out very late in the evenings after work so when I'm working out I'm not as psyched up as I would be early in the day; afterwards I still need to study and then go to bed so calming down afterwards and being able to stay focused is important. This pre workout is perfect for me! I can still have a good workout, this stuff definitely makes you sweat even if your taking it easy during workouts, and still be able to focus and go to bed on time afterwards. Good product this has just became my new go-to pre workout. It doesn't get you as caffeined up to the point you're unable to go to bed afterwards like other brands do, but it definetly gets the job done. I hope they come out with more flavors in the future, and I also hope that this can be less expensive in the future too, but regardless this will certainly be what I stick with for a very long time, oh and theres no jitters too, you stay normal afterwards. This should really be the gold standard IMO.

I absolutely love this MuscleTech Smart Thermo Supplement!!! I am a person who is sensitive to everything but wanted to give this a shot for the energy benefits knowing how reputable the brand is. It's wonderful!!!*The taste is out of this world and I wish it was a drink I could have several times a day! It is hard to explain, but at first sip it tastes sweet and fruity, then when it hits the back of your throat there is a subtle heat and it is so good.*With littles in the house, and being foster parents, sleep is scarce and by lunch I am needing a nap. I drink 1 scoop of this with about 10-12 ounces of water around 10:30/11AM and I have so much energy for the rest of the day.*As I mentioned above, I am sensitive to supplements of this type, and am thrilled that this does not give me any jitters, unhappy stomach, no burping strange tastes, etc. I have had not a single negative reaction to this! I even ordered more while it's on sale to make sure I don't run out for a while!The only reason I dropped it down a star is because the price is a tad high in my opinion. I am cautious of trying new items if I can't financially continue them when I need to order more, but with sale pricing I can keep this going a little longer. Thank goodness because this drink is AMAZING and it is my daily go-to now!!!

I bought this because of the paraxanthine in it, which is the main metabolite of caffeine that is just as effective at making you awake, energetic, and motivated but with little to no jitters, anxiety, and heart palpitations. It also doesn't really disrupt my sleep and I don't think I develop much dependence or tolerance to it. It also has little to no withdrawal symptoms.I tried it out, and it was better than I expected.The other stuff in it is also great and all of it seems to be safely dosed. It is a great product and I really like it.Try it out and support this product so they keep making it because this is great! I'm a supplement nut and I've tried so many things before, but this is like a holy grail.

This gives the best energy without any jitters. I take 1-2 all through out the day, that 2 o’clock slump is gone almost instantly. Has not affected my sleep one bit. I am on bottle 2 my first bottle I shared with the nurses I work with so it went rather fast . Now there are 4-5 bottles of this stuff at the nurses station as everyone is sold. It doesn’t not effect cognition, in fact our sassy wit has improved as well as our patient care. With caffeine the withdrawal made some irritable, you do not get that with this product .
