This is an excellent product. You only need a very small amount.It does say to section the hair and work from the root down. I didn’t do this. I just used a small amount of the product into the palm of my hand. After rubbing my hands together I then transferred it onto my damp hair. I let it dry naturally and the results were amazing. It brought my curl to life again.

Shea butter scent is noticeably present, the cream is easy to use and no problems with leakage and is a good value for the amount it provides. However due to the variations in people's hair that go beyond descriptors such as "wavy"/"curly", there should be a smaller alternative to test if this is the right product for you.This product does not specify what it works best for - dry/oily scalps, fine/curly hair, thin or thick strands, denseness of hair on scalp. Therefore, this product may not be the best choice for newcomers as it requires prior knowledge of your hair and what works best for it. This is also why other customer reviews seem to have problems with such a product working on their hair.It also seems hard to wash off compared to other curling creams

I started using this product after I permed my hair for first time and it's very useful in maintaining curls.I recommend using it after you've washed your hair whilst it's still damp and mix with both hands and apply onto hair to frizz up, it's got a nice coconut scent to it too. I don't advise on using too much as it can make your hair very greasy but it's kept my curls going for longer than expected!

My hair is long, fine, dry, frizzy, and wavy.The smell of this product is wonderful and it does a good job. However, it also makes my hair heavy. If I use less, it won't work much, if I use it as intended, my hair will be great for one day - and miserable for the rest. Good as an emergency fix though, especially if you plan to doll up for a night out and you don't really care how it will look the morning after.

love it works wonders for frizzy hair. leaves my hair noce and smoth not hard like other products ive used. lasts about a year. not heavy.

As someone who has rode the line between curly and frizzy hair my whole life, this has been a game changer for me. I use a tiny bit after washing my hair, and scrunch, and then a tiny bit in the morning after lightly dampening my hair - and I cannot tell you the difference it's made. My hair feels softer and healthy, and my curls always look amazing now. Goodbye frizziness!!

Works well on 2b waves. I have normal thickness hair that is collarbone length. I let my hair air dry, only use my fingers, no brushes or combs, no heat etc.I only finger comb my hair to untangle it and slightly dampen it before fingercombing a small quantity of the product through my hair and smoothing the remainder over my hair to prevent frizz.In the right quantity it's not heavy, smells nice and combs easily through my hair. I don't get frizz or flyaways and it boosts the natural shine of my hair. I wear my hair down all the time and although I use this product daily and only wash my hair once a week, I don't experience any buildup. I just use a regular cantu shampoo wash out conditioner.I have a dry scalp and untreated, uncoloured hair so results might be different for people with oily hair or processed, damaged hair. I have dry skin and never experienced any facial breakouts from my hair products too.This cream is the only thing I use on my 2b hair and it works well for my low fuss hair routine. My waves always remain shiny, soft and frizz free even though I finger comb them with this product twice a day.
