Herb Pharm Certified Organic Fenugreek Liquid Extract for Female Reproductive Support - 1 Ounce (DFENU01)

This stuff tastes absolutely terrible, but I do notice a small boost in breast milk supply when I take it (like 1/4 an oz which to me means a lot). My lactation consultant recommended it to me and told me to just squirt the dose far down in my mouth and chug some water afterwards to get rid of the taste instead of mixing it with water, and that's what I do.

I take this tincture (fenugreek) with Herb Pharm's Turmeric to successfully boost my health.

I once found this in a vitamin shoppe and have since then tried to find it glad i foind it on amazon becuase it work wonders i use 2 full droppers in a cup of tea or 100%juice and within 2 days my milk began to flow much faster anf i can peoduce more

The taste was awful. After looking up how it should taste, I am convinced something is wrong with the bottle I got. I have taken some herbs and supplements that don't taste very good, but this bottle I got is rancid or something.

I have been taking this herb for four months now and I have noticed a great deal of improvement in my energy and my stamina and my sex drive. They say this is for women who are trying to increase their hormones but I am telling you this really works for men as well!!!!!!!
