I was happy with the product and would've give 5starts but after 10month of usages it suddenly stopped working, I can hear the machine trying to push water for 3sec but when water fail to be out the machine turnoffupdate 1st Sepseller saw my review and was kind enough to offer replacing the product with a brand new one even after 10month of use, and when I informed him that ive already bought another device he offered to do full refund which I really appreciate and see as someone who cares about his client and look after the product reviews.

So i have a habit of changing my water flosser every one year.I got this last June and to be honest, IT IS THE WORST I’VE EVER GOT…The battery life is very low and will probably stop working/lag/will change to manual mode as soon as you run it couple of times so you have to put it again on charge.I’m soooo happy that I got rid of it.One final thought (as I learned my lesson here) , if you really wanna take care of your oral health/hygiene then invest a little more with a well-known brands.

Water jet is strong and as my wife recently got braces, there is a jet tip for braces too which is really convenient. After a couple of months tips started to detach due to the high pressure. I contacted the seller and been advised to remove tip and water container, submerge the pump in water and let it run for 10 sec. to clean the filter. It worked. Tips no longer detach.

This product stopped working after 3months.Quality isn’t really good. But for the price it kind of works.

Been using it for a month now and still works without any issues. Regularly used everyday to clean bits of food stuck in my braces.Shoots very strong bursts of water. Definitely have to be a little careful when using this. There is no control over how powerful it shoots water, only how fast or slow the bursts are.A full charge lasts about 2 weeks and takes about an hour and a half to fully charge from 0 to 100.The size is pretty big but portable enough to bring when traveling.I've seen a review/reviews of some people saying that theirs stopped working after only a week and I might know one reason why. The item says on the box that it's "IPX7 waterproof", but you still definitely have to try your best at angling it so that water doesn't trickle down on it. The charging port is covered by a piece of rubber that you should DEFINITELY keep on while using. Pretty sure the people who left those reviews got some water in the charging port, effectively breaking the item.
