*Honest review* - I was skeptical about buying this because of the price and there was another review that said it broke quickly, but I went for it. I have been using mine daily for over a month now and I haven’t had any problems. It’s sturdy, made well, and sometimes it’s the only thing that will give me relief from chronic migraines. I definitely recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. Helps relieve pain no doubt about that, but the material is of poor quality started coming apart at the seams, the velcro doesn't hold, also is leaking air when its full of air and the velcro comes off it messed up my neck a little more but really does help with pain when it's holds

Junk product, broken in minutes

The Velcro straps are a really weird length and never feel like they’re secure. My chin slips through the crack, defeating the purpose of this device. It does work if you don’t want much traction, but I’m supposed to have quite a bit for my compressed vertebrae.

It works effectively and makes my neck comfortable. It's a bit bigger than what I bought before.

This item seemed to relieve my neck tension, but it was faulty, 3rd time I went to use it. The air was leaking from the hose entry port, so, would no longer stay inflated. Bummer.

this thing.... i wouldn't recommend it... it just kind of hugged my neck too tight. thats it.
