This product is worth the cost. It doesn’t taste great, but luckily it’s an ounce or two of gel which means you just gulp it down and you’re done. The berry flavor is quite tart, but you get used to it. I recommend keeping them refrigerated, this helps with the taste. It doesn’t cause cramps, gas, bloating, etc. I saw improvements in my gains, my gut health, even my skin seemed to be doing better. Can’t recommend this enough for its ease of use and as a non-weigh option!

This product is great. It’s become a staple in my routine. I drink one pre and post workout.They taste great, take up almost no space in my bag, and positively influence my recovery.

I have been taking Frog Fuel for quite awhile now and I have to say it is the best protein money can buy. It is easy to take and I have seen good results from it. I like the added collagen at a more affordable price than buying collagen powder. It tastes great once you get used to it too!

Tastes like nothing I’ve ever tasted. Nearly unbearable but I like the idea. I’ve only tried it when I first got it but will use it when I need it. Great idea and good packaging. Maybe a little pricey for struggling to stomach. I imagine because it’s very concentrated in a small gooey pouch you could just mix it with water and it would be fine.

The media could not be loaded. I needed something to reach my protein goals each day and this is perfect for me. Its packaging is convenient to put in purse, pocket, gym bag . The quality and taste of this protein shot is amazing. It reminds me of a gusher when I take it. They are good cold or room temp. Doesn’t hurt my stomach & I don’t feel bloated like some protein products make me feel . The protein counts towards macros. So many health benefits to proper protein intake and this makes it convenient and more affordable . I will take a 5 second to drink protein boost over trying to drink a whole shake any time!

I have only tried one pouch so far but I’m not sure why people say the taste is bad. I think it’s actually very delicious. I don’t eat sweet things at all so this was almost too sweet for me. It also kinda burned my throat but it ceased almost right away. It’s very convenient. However, be careful because it’s very sticky if you get it on yourself or anything. Like worse than honey lol. Great stuff. I’ll report back if anything changes after I’ve had more of it.

Great stuff, gaave me an energetic boost. Felt better after drinking it. But not the greatest taste, if you can get past the taste it's worth it. Would love to get some more in the future.
