I bought these for my husband for Christmas because he restores antique cars and trucks as a hobby and is always doing something underneath a vehicle or under the hood where both hands are needed and a droplight just doesn’t light up tight spots where bright light is needed, so many times I’m holding a flashlight so he can see well. When he unwrapped the box, I could tell he thought it wouldn’t provide enough light because it’s a flat strip headband with little led lights in it, but don’t let that fool you. I charged it up (yay, no batteries) and turned it on and he was absolutely amazed at how super bright it was — in fact, always turn it on pointed away from your eyes and anybody else’s eyes because it is that freaking bright — it will blind you temporarily if you look at the lights — seriously.I easily adjusted the band to his head, and he said it wasn’t heavy at all. He turned it on and off, and said it will come in really handy. He wasn’t interested that it had a hands-free button where you can just wave your hand near the black box on the side of the headband to turn the light on and off, but I think it will come in handy once he starts using it. He wondered how long each charge will last, so we’ll see when he starts using it.It comes with a pair of headlamps in very nicely made individual zippered containers with a USB charge cord for each. Very handy. Wish we had these gems when we had to turn off the main power to the breaker box in the basement several weeks ago, and I had to hold the flashlight so he could see what he was doing.

Several months ago I saw this product on my IG reel. Around the same time, friends of mine mentioned purchasing them for their husbands who did the type of work where a headlight would be necessary. So I got the 3 pack Molaers.Wow. Very bright, lightweight, and comfortable to wear. The headband is adjustable, I’m sure I could wear a beanie cap and this would still adjust to fit over it. I don’t need this for work. I use it a lot around the house. My power goes out here when there are bad storms, and now I keep one bedside. I’ve fallen asleep with one on once & barely noticed it.Outside I’ve used it in the yard at night, taking out the trash, letting the dogs out, etc. My brother came to visit & was very impressed with it, so I gave him one! The third one went into my edc bag.All 3 came out the box with a charge on them, but I topped them off to 100% which didn’t take very long. Only one of them had to be recharged, which is the one I use the most.I recently tried the motion sensor. Pretty cool feature but I haven’t really needed to use it just yet.The case is a good feature to keep the cable & light together. The light with the case is slightly bulky, but is not rigid & doesn’t weigh a lot.I definitely would recommend this item. I ordered a second 3 pack already.

As someone who owns and fixes multiple things from cars, motorcycles, computers, guns, and etc. I found that this was a great product to add to my tool box. it lits up the space really good and the motion control seems to be working good also. however, I am having two problem that i am currently facing.1. the heat from the led lights builds up on your forehead and makes it a hit hard to keep using it on hot days espeically where i live where it hits a minimum of 100 degrees everyday.2. the strap adjustment to tighten or loosen the band does not hold at all and when i try to tighten the band, it almost always looses its tightening tension.3. the light does work really well but i wish that the light bar was adjusted at a slightly lower angle so i wouldnt have to look down as much just to use the full potential brightness of the light.Overall its great and i think it is worth buying.

I bought a 3-pack of these Molaer head lights to replace the aging, clunky LED light I had been using. That light took AAA batteries, so I always felt like I had a rock hanging off my forehead. These rechargable lights are much light and the weight is better distributed. It has a much wider beam than my old light but still has enough lumen density to be useful.I bought them for doing projects around my house and found it great also for getting around the yard after dark as well as grilling dinner after dark - yep, can see how done the steaks are!I like the motion on/off feature. It's been great for tasks that make dirty/greasy hands or gloves. I love it for working on my bikes and don't have to worry about getting the light all greasy.I recently brought one to work with me and have been using it on my hardhat and bump cap and it has been awesome. We are going to buy a bunch for everyone at our company.
