I purchased these because I was having a major early afternoon slump, and the Florida summer heat isn’t conducive to afternoon coffee breaks. I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s effective with no crash, but I have to split the capsules into smaller portions because I get a slight agitated feeling when taking a full dose. There’s no jitters, I just feel a slight impatience. My husband says he doesn’t notice a difference, that comment could be the reason I’m agitated lol. I purchased a capsule splitting kit and a packet of size 0 capsules on Amazon so that I’m not wasting half a dose every time I take one (see photo). This is my 2nd container and I’m very pleased with the quality. No nausea or stomach upset, haven’t had any sleep issues since cutting the dosage in half. Will continue to take. The half dose takes about 20-30 minutes for onset & seems to last approximately 4 hours

These little capsules are a little boost to focus, without a ‘crash’. I initially wasn’t sure if they were doing anything, but I took one too late in the afternoon, and had some trouble quieting my mind to go to sleep, so it seems like something was happening. As an adult with ADHD who does not take stimulant medication, this is a little leg-up, without the complexities of controlled substances. Also useful when you’ve been staying up too late to complete tasks (or because you got sucked into a show, game, book). I can’t speak to its effect on neurotypicals, but I’m assuming it is similar.Be careful, the wide-open jar design makes them easy to spill. I haven't noticed any taste to them, or any 'burps' that come up later.

I don't usually write reviews but for this one I will. I have been a coffee lover and drinker for many many years. I love the lift coffee gives you and I would sip on it throughout the day. I developed a hernia over the years discovered in 204 and the doctor told me I had given myself an ulcer from taking too much aleve over the years. I through away the aleve but my stomach continued to bother me. It seemed that coffee was really bothering me so I decided I had to give it up and see if things got better. It did help quite a bit so I laid off of it permanently. So, you know where this is going. I really missed my caffeine boost. I came across the product and thought what the heck I'll give it a try. OMG it is great. I take 1 when I get up and then do my exercising. It seems to last on into the afternoon. I take it about 5:30 am and around 1 or 2 I'm still going strong. It doesn't affect your appetite and there is no crash that I can see. It does not affect my sleep at all. Anyway, 5 stars on this one.

Works for me, I have tried some others such as 100mgs + L-theanine mixes but this one feels pretty consistent energy-wise like it claims vs other ones definitely have more of an energy crash. I usually use 1 pill at the beginning of my shift & at mid-shift for my 12hr shifts. On my off days, I just have small cups of coffee.The pills are small and easy to swallow. When you calculate the cost average per pill, it really is a good value. Largely, you just have to stay hydrated so it can do it's thing & since you don't have any accompanying fluids.

They work okay. Definitely can tell you took 100 mg of caffeine. But I must add that if you have a sensitive belly, these can mess your digestive system up. They didn't bother me (I have a strong gut), but my husband has crohns disease and they made him ill. Cramps, digestive pain, etc. I eventually decided to open the capsules and dump some of the powder out. Like 1/3 to 1/2. They work better when its less than 100 mg that just feels like too much. Probably wont purchase these again but they aren't the worst thing in the world either. They definitely did a good job making them more of an extended release caffeine supplement. Just wanted to warn others but if you aren't sensitive then these are probably fine for you! They saved me during a long layover at the airport.
