The picture I sent to be printed on the mug was in fact a sticker which was placed on the mug wonky and the printed text is almost unreadable with several letters missing or poorly printed, It looks like a printing error, and the overall finish feels rushed and unprofessional. This was meant to be a birthday gift, what a let down.Would NOT recommend.
