Strong and spacious but came with a broken clip on the feeder

Reliable carrier
Reliable strong carrier for a cat or small dog till 10-12 kg. It has locks and screws around. The handle needs wrapping with soft rubber or material to make it thicker as it pains a hand if the pet is heavy.

Broken item cannot return
I received this item today and as soon as i removed it from the box, the lock was broken. I tried to initiate a return but unable to. Now i am stuck with an unusable item

Solid and comfortable carrier
Great carrier used for a large size cat. Just added a cushion to make the bottom softer. Received with a broken water bowl, which was promptly replaced by Amazon great service. Highly recommended!

Quality could be better
The cage is ok to use it for trips to the vet. However, I would not use it for international relocation as the top cover is very soft.

food bowl missing.
i did nor receive the food bowl over all good in picture it shows that food bowl is also there but did not receive.
