The flakes in this Raisin Bran are a little different than those in the regular Raisin Bran, there is a little more crunch and flavor. The cranberries add a wonderful bit of tanginess.

Too much sugar!
This cereal with four grams of protein can make a quick breakfast. It has five grams of fiber, which is pretty good, but too much sugar, so I would not recommend it. If you buy it for those occasions when there’s no time for a more nutritious breakfast, it would be better to serve it only once in a while.
