My pup still gets tangled - but this works well!
The TOPKNOT Dog Tie Out Cable and Stake for Camping is a reliable solution for keeping your furry friend safe and secure outdoors. The 360° swivel design ensures that your dog has plenty of freedom to roam without getting tangled, and the 30FT heavy-duty cable provides ample room to explore. The rust-proof construction and sturdy stake give me peace of mind knowing that my dog is safely contained while camping or spending time in the yard. However, despite the innovative design, I've found that my dog still manages to get tangled up occasionally, especially if he's particularly active. Overall, while it's not completely foolproof, the TOPKNOT Dog Tie Out Cable and Stake is a convenient and effective option for outdoor use, providing a sense of security and peace of mind for pet owners on the go.

Good quality & secure
I have 5 dogs, 3 small under 20 lbs & 2 over 50 lbs. This worked great for the 3 small tethered to a steak when visiting a friends home & they don’t have a fenced yard. I only used half the amount of stakes since they are small & it didn’t budge.Works great for the over 50 lbs dogs too! I’ve only used it for 1 at a time when in the front yard gardening & don’t have to worry about them running off into the street when they see another dog or the mail man. I’ve had the ones that stick out of the ground & they tend to bend or I end up tripping over it. I love that it’s low to the ground & don’t have to worry about the dogs or myself running into it, or it being pulled out of the ground easily.

Extreme overkill, that's a good thing!
These bolts that go in the ground seem like a foot long, only 2 would even hold it in place. Takes several seconds for my dewalt 20v to drive them in the ground on full speed, the manual says the base can stand up to 1000 pounds of lateral force. I drove ours straight into the ground (through grass) and it feels super strong. Runner is a little thin but it should do fine.

It's staying in the ground, mostly.
I'm on the fence with this one. I did have to purchase a new tether after 2 days. My 65lb 3yo, pitt/ cane Corso jerked the one it came with and the clip and cable snapped. Upsetting. I nearly returned it but.... it was easy to install and it does rotate well. I'd have preferred to pay less for having to purchase another cable over this price for any part of it that breaks. This did not hold a 100lb pull, AT ALL.For the ground and instal, I have not tried to move it so I can't vouche for moveability. It hammered in fairly well for my ground. I do have Alabama clay in areas and it can be difficult but I think that plays into it not coming out on its own. Does it stay in, solidly, NOPE. I check it regularly, couple days to pushes the bolts back down. I check it after rains for certain. With all that, it's a give and take. I would not leave my dog out for long hours where she tries to jump, chase, or catch the squirrels and opposums. But for camping, travel, parks and to not be used for a strictly outside dog, it's good and works. For my dog who is a indoor dog and has a thing for chasing cats who get in her yard, I'm on guard. She's checked on and never left out overnight or long hours. With a little extra info, she has broken a few cables and runner clips from poor quality. So far this is holding up with the replacement cable I purchased separately. And it's getting cold out now so ill have to watch how that effects it. Bring your dogs in, they are much more loyal, loved.

Stays in the ground well
Love the product it’s worked great until the guy mowing the lawn and put the blade to low and mowed over it and cut the bolt clean off the ball so make sure you mow around it and not over it but other than that it worked very well as long as it last which was too weeks.

Great product
Extremely easy to use and install. Works great on my crazy little fur baby for potty time. And thanks to it's small shape and round size, I don't have to worry about accidently tripping over it. Definitely worth the money

Really Nice Stake
The Stake that is mounted into the ground is really nice and holds true, we have a Bernese Mountain Dog and he is unable to pull it or move it.The Cable that comes with this set is a different story. It is less heavy duty than previous cables we have, but the real issue is the clips. The type of clip that is used, easily gets turned in a direction where the dog is able to pull and the clip unclips from the stake. It needs a locking clip and then would be 5 stars easy.

Good product but can cause injury.
Was so happy to purchase this at first, but over the weekend my 50 pound dog got super excited and wrapped around my leg causing "severe rope burn", i don't want to say the injury is a reflection of the product but should be used as a precaution of how you, or the oet could be injured.
