Wow! All I can say is that anyone who is seeking energy and a more positive outlook on life should try this. I am 48 years old, have had a lot of seemingly “bluer days” than normal in the last 2 years and after just taking 1 of these capsules I feel more positive, energetic and “in the present” if that makes sense. I do recommend taking them in the morning as it gives you almost too big of a burst of energy. Although when my husband first took one it made him a little jittery (he’s an insulin-dependent Diabetic) and it was at night so he was worried about not being able to sleep. He fell asleep fairly quickly that night and he said he woke up “ready to tackle the world”.I bought a DHEA book 10+ years ago written by an MD and it talked about case studies, etc. It was discovered close to when Melatonin was discovered. But DHEA never really got the attention that Melatonin got. I’m just happy I found it!

I do not know how to write a supplement because there is no way to run controlled experiment, but the seem of fine quality and are a supplement I wanted to take.

I was amazed to read and learn how extremely important this product is. I live in an area of Miami where there are a lot of people exercising, running, cycling, going to the park and nearby Causeway and beaches to work out. And the Walgreens which seems to carry everything here, and the Publix did not have it? Seems to me that it is a very little-known product. So I ordered this one. 3 hours later it seemed almost as if I took viagra? And I'm going to be 57 years old. I did not buy it for that purpose, however that has been a very big plus. I did break out a little on my face at first but not anymore. I will continue to take it, One a Day. Been taking it for 2 months and I have seen incredible positive changes. Two thumbs up. 😎
