I buy these over and over. They are super quick to make on the stove - just a few min - and there's a slight brown sugar flavor that works so well with bubble tea.

Beware... Moisture in sealed bag
I received this product today and all the bags had condensate inside the sealed bags. As seen in the images. That made me feel very uneasy due to potential bacteria growth. I also don't know what the substance is. The post states this is a non-returable product... Buyer Beware!
