It has the same appearance and functionality as the original Samsung remote control and comes with an instruction sheet; it requires two AA batteries (not included). It worked immediately with my Samsung model QN82Q6DRAF TV without taking any action for pairing. The original remote control was failing intermittently with the directional button. This ZdalaMit brand replacement is functioning well with crisp clicking action.

Like many others, I bought this remote because one of the buttons started failing on the original remote. Specifically the right move on the circular button. To be honest I was skeptical at first but I read through the review and saw many others giving it a decent review. Works just like the original. If you are having by trouble getting Bixby to work you need to resync the remote by holding the back button and the play/pause button for about three seconds. Someone mentioned that in a review and it worked for me. So props to that reviewer!! Feels like the original and looks like the original. Only difference is the Samsung logo is not on the remote. If you want a replacement remote for your Samsung tv this is the way to go for sure!!! Happy channel surfing!!! 🏄‍♂️ 📺

Worked perfectly with my Samsung tv - just put in the batteries and automatically paired.

Seems to work so far with my samsung. The Bixby voice control did not work until I did the pairing sequence of holding the back and play button at the same time for a few seconds. Now that even works. It's only been an hour but so far I can't find a feature that doesn't work.Happy so far, hope the puppy doesn't eat this one tomorrow.

Works like original. Extra buttons (that my original remote did not have, Netflix, etc) do not work.

Brand says 'ZdalaMit' but that's probably not the real OEM.[update 2022-09:I really did not want to spend three times the price to get the true Samsung OEM remote control....but I finally did; and it is hard to describe the huge improvement.* response from the TV is faster.* the buttons only need a light push.* there is no button bounce (i.e. clicking CHANNEL+ or CHANNEL- on the ZdalaMit remote would change channels by 1 or 2 channels at a time. ...because a pushed button bounces a little)I had always assumed a remote-is-a-remote. ...But there is a BIG difference here!]memo: After the ZdalaMit remote failed; I began looking for another 3rd party remote.I accidentally noticed in the photos, that the model#/serial# sticker looked the same.I started searching for photos for remotes under every brand name.Of everyone that I could find; they were all identical!So it may be a single Chinese factory making all these remotes.---------------- original review ----------------I had at least three problems with this remote:1) does not respond quick enough, so TV says to do a Bluetooth re-PAIR to fix the remote.You don't actually need to do a re-pairing; just press the cursor keys a few times and the TV will see it.2) a couple times per week, the remote hangs. pulling and re-inserting the batteries fixes it.3) the right cursor had problems. I have to really press hard on that key before it will function.

This remote works well, but does have a few issues. Most of the time after the TV is powered on, I get a message that the remote needs to be paired, but if you wait the message goes away. And the original remote used to work when it wasn’t directly pointed at the TV. This remote has to be pointed directly at the TV. My guess is the original remote was RF or RF+IR, and this replacement remote is only IR. Otherwise all other functions work well.

I lost my original Samsung remote and bought this as a replacement. The price was great. The volume buttons look different. The rest looks the same. I did read some reviews about voice not working. My original did not have voice, and I am not looking for voice. The device ergonomics mimic the original (feel and operation).
