Broken shelf
Shelves came and one was broken in 3 places. Initially offered a replacement. Then was asked if I could get it repaired to save sending a replacement. I refused. Was refunded half and kept the undamaged shelf.

purchased 2. 1 was good the other had a manufacture fault, in the build a nail had split the wood.
a mistake in the manufacture should have been noticed by quality control before it left the factory in Pakistan.
