Much better than expected and better than some of the reviews would suggest
So... was a bit put off by some of the reviews, but it actually works really well. I am only using it to send Radioplayer to my the built in stereo, not using any of the phone stuff or anything, it's actually hidden away out of site behind the dash. I have hard wired it to switch on when the ignition is on and it works without fault. You do need to use a radio frequency which is not used in the area you drive in. Try the three frequencys on your normal route without the device and if you have radio silence use that frequency for the unit. If the radio frequency picks up an actual radio broadcast then you will get crap sound, hence why you need to find one that is unused.

Save your money
If I could I would have given this half a star if that, I have used numerous versions if this normally the ones that plug into a 12/24v socket & they have all worked brilliantly, however this is the first usb device I have tried.Basically I have wasted my money, this unit keeps throwing the Bluetooth connection & is totally useless, best advice do not buy.

Cheap and easy to use
Really easy to use, plug and play, also I didn't realise that it has a usb port on it so you can charge your phone while streaming audio. I've had these type of things before but this was cheap and easy to use. The sound quality is fine Bluetooth connection is strong and quick to pair. It's only failing is the stickiness of the sticker, it won't stick to anything in a car that has a texture which is pretty much every surface

Not stereo FM output
The product works, but it does not output in stereo for the FM transmitter. I have it going to a mini fi system with speakers left and right, and have tested with various obvious stereo tracks, and they don’t put anything left and right, it’s all mono straight down the middle. This leads to a muddy sound, so I’m still looking for something to the do the job I want, but it’ll work as a temporary solution, for now.Disappointed due to the answer to this question stating the opposite in the q and a thread.

Cracking little bit of kit
Easy enough to use, works a treat, doesn’t come through staticky, although no instructions in the packet, so it’s a case of playing around with it too see how to use it, although not a massive letdown would be nice to have some instructions for people less tech savvy

So far impressed
For the money it’s a great little device, odd design which you’ll notice when first power up. Very little interference and easy to hide away if you usb port isn’t in a too noticeable space. Music comes out clear and plenty loud enough with its own volume adjustment. Quite a light and somewhat cheap feel but doesn’t take it away from the usage and functionality so don’t let it put you off. Wires are a bit annoying but if you don’t have to just keep them wound together. So far so good.

Poor
Not so good as it keeps switching off and the reception is very poor

Multi-room audio on the cheap
This is a potent little transmitter, which fills my (admittedly small) house and garden with FM signal. Sound quality is good - OK, it's FM, but very acceptable, it sticks to it's band and doesn't spill over to other frequencies. Bluetooth pairing is straightforward and stable. With one of these and a phone, you have solid multi-room audio, just add another FM radio receiver wherever you want sound (you've probably already got a bunch of these). I'm sure it's great in the car too but being able to simply hang it off a USB power supply anywhere is what makes it special.
