This may have been my first time trying Bavarian mustard but wow, the flavor and the feel of the mustard seeds with the meat you eat – it bumps up the flavor a notch.I used most of it for cooking Frikadellan; German meatball patties and serving them on buns as burgers. Oh they were so good and it's thanks to this sweet mustard that its flavor shines through the meat! I'd recommend this brand!!
