Dr. Brighten Adrenal Support - Dietary Supplement with Ashwagandha to Support Healthy Energy Levels and Stress Response

I’ve been using this product for several months after reading Dr. Brighten’s book, feeling improved!

I've been using Dr. Brighton's supplements for a few years now. I stopped after having my son and began to notice postpartum that my PMS mood swings. We're getting more drastic and lasting longer. Got right back on her product and next month. Nothing. I had a nice regular cycle, virtually. No PMS symptoms. I definitely notice a difference taking these versus not. You definitely pay for high quality supplements and this one is worth it.I also appreciate that they come in a glass bottle. My pills are an easy size to swallow.

I found these when coming off of a horrible reaction to the birth control pill after being on it for five years. While I was able to find my own favorite omega, probiotic, and multi-vitamin supplements (you don't absolutely have to buy everything Dr. Brighten recommends) the Adrenal Support and the Balance specifically are both ones that I am now on my 6th and 7th bottles of respectively. While my reaction to bc hormones was especially awful (ER visits, anxiety, depression, etc.) I think that even for someone with a more mild imbalance would also really love these. I have definitely noticed myself sleeping more easily and feeling overall far less anxious. With supplements, they take time to work, so while you can't expect it to be a miracle pill, after consistent use, I saw really great benefits in my overall mood and energy. I highly recommend these to anyone dealing with a hormonal issue, especially those caused by the pill or other hormonal bc method.

Noticed no difference. Waiting on answer to see if this is GMP certified or tested by a third party for potency and purity.

A few months ago, like so many other women, I found myself going through the journey of coming off of my birth control pills after being on them for over a decade.After a ton of research, I was led to these pills as well as the Thyroid Support pills. I started taking these to help me go through the process of re-balancing my hormones and trying to heal my body.Let me just warn you first off that these pills are absolutely horrendous. They taste terrible and leave a long lasting taste that will have you dry heaving for hours after you’ve taken them and then secondly the uncontrollable diarrhea I have had on these pills. Just be careful when starting new pills. I am not saying that these effects may happen to everyone but it sure did happen to me.I took them for some time to see if any of these effects would subside eventually and they never did. I spent days on end feeling miserable and sick because of these pills and I would only feel that way on days when I took these pills as well as the Thyroid Support ones from Dr Brightens. I wanted to love these. I wanted it to be the answer to my imbalances, but all it did was make me even more sick than I already was.
