Q: description says ddr4, features says ddr3. which is it?

If you purchase from PC Server and parts, you will receive unit as title states. i5-6500 w/ 16GB DDR4 RAM. We have submitted a request with Amazon to correct errors.

The unit I received in October 2022 came with a bluetooth adapter, no wifi adapter

You can use one 2TB 3.5 or 2TB 2.5 hard drive.
