Good taste
These carob chips taste good, nice size, not too big. Not the healthiest ingredients but I'm sure they are better than what you purchase at the frozen yogurt shop, better value as well

Great chocolate alternative
Chatfield’s Carob Chips (12oz) are a fantastic alternative to chocolate for those looking for a caffeine-free and healthier option. The chips have a rich, sweet flavor that’s perfect for baking, snacking, or adding to desserts. They melt well and maintain their shape when baked, making them great for cookies, granola, or smoothies. The 12oz bag is a decent size for multiple uses, and the chips are not overly sweet, offering a mild and enjoyable taste. Overall, these are a great choice for those who love the taste of carob or need a chocolate substitute.

Great if you have allergies or gerd
Caroub does not trigger acid reflux contrarily to chocolate so it is a good alternative in pastries. Unfortunately, the price is a bit high...use it as if it was chocolate chips.

Whatever happened to Carob chips?
Do you miss the 70’s and REAL frozen yogurt with carob? Or REAL trail mix with carob? Can’t find the real tangy yogurt — but thus carob might make you smile.
