Damaged product
One of the tins had the bottom broken, which allowed some of the product to leak out,tried to get a replacement, but all it said was "this product not eligible for return" didn't want to return it,just replace one of the three tins which leaked,poor customer service.

Convenient product
I only use Marvel milk. It has a better flavour than other similar products. I can't do without it. This is a reliable supplier whom I have dealt wity before and will do so again.

Dried milk
Nice to use, dissolves completely in hot drinks and nice to have a dried milk that leaves no residue in the bottom of the cup.The one thing that lets down the order, is the silly amount of packaging it arrived in. As all three tins arrived in secure and sealed plastic packaging, why in heavens name did you put it in a cardboard box twice its size, then fill it wit6h paper?
