Very cheaply made and the sensory aspect is very light.. wanted to use this for sensory education and stimulation.

Good for Gua Sha and Reflex Zone Therapy
I find that these tools provide the right amount of pressure for zone therapy. The needle point is easy to use to stimulate acupressure points.

Really helps to pinpoint tightness and tension
I really like this tool! I have a lot of tension in my body and do a lot of self-massage. Often self-massage tools are great for broader targeting of muscles and knots. I needed something to really pinpoint the knots and tightness and work it out, and these tools worked for me. I’m able to actually go deeper and into a specific spot in order to work out the tightness. I do find it hard to grip at times because it is a pen-shape and the top of it can dig into my hand a bit but even the few minutes getting into the knot can help. If you’re looking to really pinpoint tightness, tension or a knot, I recommend this.

I wish I could have chosen ZERO Stars.Item is missing the chart. The thing that actually explains how to use the item I purchased. It's kind of important.Hand Refloxology Chart provided was missing BOTH times I ordered this. Amazon assured me the 2nd time it would be included. Nope. Waste of my time & money.
