I am so glad to have been able to use this frame for my baby girls first birthday! It held twelve 2x3 wallet sized pictures with one 4x6 picture, the perfect size without taking up too much space. (I used an app to size down and print pictures at home which made it quick and convenient.) Customer service was great at handling my concerns. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

Disappointed with the process
Very annoying, even though “great packaging” like everyone is raving about, these are still cheap frames with bad quality control. I bought three of these over two orders, and 2/3 need to be returned. One has a dent in the front wood, and one isn’t fully glued in the corner so it gaps open. Now I have to package them all up again and send them back. Don’t want to keep doing this just to get 3 decent frames. Paint is also uneven. Similar quality the the Pearhead frames which I was attempting to replace with these (had those for my first 2 kids). Might go to Hobby Lobby instead (seem to be much more sturdy than these two) and save myself the hassle, even though these frames do have the BEST mat with the biggest opening for this type of baby frame.Update: went down to one star. I've ordered 5 of these frames and couldn't get 3 that matched in quality or weren't damaged. Going to get the Hobby Lobby ones instead.

Great frame
This frame is an excellent display for a month-to-month log of baby's first year. Wallet-sized pictures fit perfectly in the 12 smaller spots, and a nice 4x6 will complete the collage. I got one of these for myself and one for each of our little one's grandmothers and we're all very happy!

Beautiful frame and A+ customer service
This frame is beautiful. I had an issue with my initial shipment but Delan from Green Pollywog took care of the problem very quickly. The photo spaces are generous and will hold wallet size photos, which is awesome, no cutting down photos to size them. Side note -- I never write reviews but the customer service alone deserved an A+, 5 star review and the frame is the best and most generously sized first year frame I have seen. Also, they were packaged very well!

Perfect Frame To Capture Daughter's 1st Year!
The frame is perfect for placing all my daughter's photos for her first year. I am very excited to place on our wall. The package also was wrapped extremely well in bubble wrap and styrafoam to prevent any damage to the frame and glass. I attached a photo of the package which was inside more bubblewrap and foam. The product also arrived right on time!

This is a wonderful frame. What makes it particularly great is the size allotted to the 12 smaller pictures. I found this frame after ordering, and returning 4(!!) other similar, but far inferior frames. The others had tiny picture slots, while this frame actually works with wallet sized pictures! I was able to complete my daughter's first year collage easily, without compromising on the size and quality of the picture. It's amazing to me that there are so many other products on the market that aren't designed so thoughtfully. I immediately bought two frames.

A few imperfections, but good
This is my second "my first year" frame. The first I purchased at Babies R Us. It had a better quality finish, but this one's picture sizes are more convenient; I simply printed out 4 selected photos on 4x6 photo paper with my cannon photo printer app, and arranged them portrait length to fit the provided mat. There were a few scratches on the wood frame, and the metal hanger piece isn't fantastic, but other than that I'd say it was a good buy.
