Telling the truth I was not lucky with my first product, the pump didn't work and the mattress itself was loosing the air but after contacting the seller they make sure that I received a new one and its perfect. Very quick to pump, nice and firm and comfortable. My children argue who should sleep on ;)

Great quality, massive air bed, could fit 3 people on it honestly. Built in pump great and so is the pump that comes with it as well. Once you charge the pump it lasts a few times! Never deflates.

The only reason I have given 4 stars is because we had to pump it up again sooner than expected. To give perspective, it took a fair few days before it needed doing and myself and partner used the bed, with a collective weight of around 25 stone ish.

I have ordered an new one and by the look of it I got a used one. Clumsly resealed and repackaged with sellotape. When people pay the whole price for a bran new item they usually expect to receive one. To make the matters worse,the material the mattress itself is made of is of low quality,very porous and leaks air big time. We're not talking about normal leaks which would require a bit of top up as they stated. Nope. In one hour this babe will get super flat without anyone sitting on it. There's no audible hissing ,no visible holes in the fabric ,but nevertheless it gets flat. I'm only 14 stones which is like 88kg. THIS MATTRESS WAS SUPOSED TO BE CERTIFIED FOR OVER 200KG.Meaning ,it should stay inflated throughout the day and night with 200 kg (40 stones) placed on it. Well,it does NOT. My old mattress I got from Japan 10 years ago only needed top up once every two weeks and it was certified for 40 stones. It worked like a charm until my 2 years daughter thought is a good idea to use a fork on it. Hence me buying a new one. Not impressed. I have returned it.

Was a bit nervous on buying one at such a good price. But can not fault it. Make sure you do what it says on instructions and give it an extra inflate before sleeping on it. Perfect night sleep.

I bought it for a home visit and it turned out perfect. It stayed inflated for four nights solid, although it lost a bit of air it kept to a high standard.

Bought this for a festival and 2 nights of camping. The airpump is a godsend, you can charge it beforehand and therefore don't need a power outlet on site. It does say to charge it for 12 hrs before use but even with half of this it inflated the mattress twice.the mattress is very comfortable and looks good quality, however with 2 (albeit very small people, around 50kg each) sleeping on it, it would slightly deflate over night so we'd be touching the floor. Although I'm not sure if this is a problem with the valve as there don't seem to be any punctures...If needed once in a blue moon this is a great product, but might not survive regular camping trips.
