 It was so easy to set up. I didn't need to connect camera to the router with an ethernet cable, just with my mobile phone! I have it set on motion detector alert, and whilst work, it puts a smile on my face when the motion detector alert comes through. The night vision is really clear. I love this camera and software - nothing technical or complicated. I would recommend this camera to any wannabe techie without the techie know how!

I'm really loving this baby monitor with two way audio! I can go all the way out to my back yard and it still gets service and stays connected! This is the main reason we got it. So I can come out back with my 3yr old and play, and not worry about not hearing his brother if he wakes up. I will update if I find any cons with it but so far it's all pros ;)

Before I begin, I'll preface this by saying I am a techy engineer and this piece of garbage just straight up does not work at all. It does not connect via wire or wifi no matter what I try (worked on this for hours). Giving up and sending it back. I'm pretty sure all of the good reviews are fake as there is no way to even connect this cam. Just look up the SolutionCam app in the app store and you'll see it has a 2.1 star rating. Not sure how this cam can have basically a 5 star rating when the app that runs the entire camera has a terrible rating. On a side note, at 2.1 stars...I guess someone got it to work.

Getting this thing connected to your WiFi network is like trying to figure out a Rubiks cube.We bought three of these. The first one I had to get someone else to help me install it. The second one I had to connect with Ethernet after it refused to acknowledge our WiFi and the third one makes you wait 194 seconds to see if you’re connected and then times out at the last second. Fun.This is especially double fun when your WiFi password is a random assortment of numbers and symbols that you keep entering over and over again(until the fortieth time you remember copy and paste are a thing.)We have a ring doorbell set up which was super easy to install but I was being cheap and bought these first. Also the directions are kind of in broken English, so that was an EVEN MORE FUN little added frustration. So, I give up.It’s too late to return this, so I’m not sure what to do with them except place them in random places to scare people.Oh ps: the motion detection (on the one camera I actually got to work) captures ghosts or something because it keeps going off and night and taking pictures of...I’m not sure.Not sure if the other reviews were written by people who got theirs for free, but I had to pay for mine and that’s money down the drain now so yay. Gonna see if ring has something similar.

Ok first off.. it feels very cheaply made... BUT IT ISNT! The quality of the images is amazing and the audio is perfect. Nightvison looks decent have yet to try it. An it does come with alerts for motion detection.NOW THE INSTRUCTIONSAll you have to do is really plug into wall... download the app and follow the prompts that SIMPLE... if you take the actual instructions you'll be lost.ALSO keep in mind you can run this app on your wifi and cellular line either one works perfectly....BUT this app drains your battery like a recently divorced mother. I had 75% and 10 min into playing with the camera I'm at 30% so keep that on mind.I love this camera for the price and the quality of the video. Will definitely buy another one... you can actually connect 4 on the app.

I use this home security camera in my garage to check on the status of the garage door. Easy to setup once I got rid of an unsupported character in the SSID. Make sure the SSID and the wifi password doesn't contain special characters. Picture and audio qualities are as good/better than the $100 units. I will be ordering another camera.

The product came quickly and was easy for me to set up. It’s reliable in the live motion alerts that come to my phone. My issue is all the motion it picks up, is supposed to capture an image and it frequently doesn’t. I would say it’s 2/3 of the time I see an icon where the image should be. That’s not beneficial if my house was being robbed at that time...or in my case, my son threw up all over his bed and didn’t wake me up so I wanted to see how long he had been sleeping in his puke and I have a bunch of thumbnails with no useful images.

I managed to download the app using the qr code on my iPhone. Set up didn’t take to long what I found was have the camera next to WiFi router or hard wire when initially setting up. Once set up it was simple and easy to easy and watch the camera. Did buy a separate memory card doesn’t come with one but overall camera quality is good in the day and night being clear. It’s not of of them cheaps where your not able to see anything and the camera is self is a good quality.
