I bought this cat water fountain as a present for my brother's cat. As the cat is already 5 years old, and because we all know that old habits die hard, we both thought that the cat won't be interested in this novelty, but we decided to give it a try. To our surprise, the cat went to the fountain straight away and started to drink from it, without any hesitation. He liked it so much that he will no longer drink from his usual water bowl, which we keep as a back-up option, but will always drink from the fountain. It looks like he really loves it! I have seen cats drinking water from dripping taps, but have never suspected that this is not only a way to quench their thirst, but also a source of entertainment for them. Well, not just for them but also for their owners who love watching them lick the peak of the fountain. And what's not to like about this wonderful product? It is so well designed, compact, easy to set up, nicely pastel-coloured, firmly standing on a non-grip mat, safe to use and leave it switched on for days on end, and last but not least, economical to use. I would highly recommend this product, for its quality and ability to bring joy to both cats and their owners alike.

I purchased this as others have to replace a pet mate device. Nothing especially wrong with it just noticed that it collects a lot of hair from our long haired cat! So the reservoir being under the tray - ideal. Anyway easy to setup, seems quiet, does what I want need, the only reason I’ve given it 4 stars is because the power cable plugs into the transformer at the socket. The petmate has a fixed cable at the transformer that’s a couple of meters long which the pump can then plug into. It means to clean it I just need to unplug the pump, I don’t need to crawl behind the furniture to unplug it - much easier to clean.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve been pondering whether to buy one of these for a while and I’m so glad I did. Love this water fountain as much as the dogs do! It gives a fresh flow of filtered water constantly, the best thing is that it’s never stagnant. Sometimes leaving the dog bowls too full of water you worry about them running about knocking it over, or you end up with horrible slimy water at the bottom even if you wash the bowl all the time. But if you don’t fill the bowl up you’re back and forth a few times a day as it runs dry.With this water fountain you don’t have that problem, the flow is nice and steady with no spills as it never lets it fill up too much. And due to the freshness the dogs seem to be drinking more too.It has a big tank so you only need to refill the water bowl every week saving so much time.

I have two kittens who need lots of water in the summer, so purchased this. It's really helpful for keeping them hydrated, they were very apprehensive of the fountain at first, but eventually drank out of it. They liked when we put ice cubes in the top so they could push it around and play with it in the water. I would say that it gets dirty very quickly in the bottom, and the filter does work really well with cleaning it. But the filters get dirty quickly too and are expensive to buy more.

I have been looking for a cat drinking fountain for a while now - this is perfect for my two kitties. They started using it straight away after set up. The light is a nice feature which I'm sure draws them to it - almost the equivalent to their very own local. It's a great size for two cats. I also quite enjoy the almost calming soft trickle noise it makes - and a great indicator it probably needs a top up. Easy to set up and easy to clean. It's very light weight but sturdy. I think it looks very nice too, it's a paw up from this family.

My medium sized dog likes drinking running water from the garden hose (or rain water in a stone plant pot) and avoids water in a bowl in the house whatever the material is.Under the recent extreme hot weather I was concerned to leave him alone with all the windows closed. So I bought this fountain and he drunk from it as soon as I switched it on. Now I can go out without a worry even in the hot weather.The size is ok for my dog whose weight is 18kg.Hope it will keep working without failure, but from what I see in customer Q&As I believe the seller will be helpful even if any issue arises.

**update** it turns out the parts missing were not needed and looks like an error in the instructions. The seller has been very helpful and communicative and the product is working fine. ***I am missing the impeller shroud and protective cover so I can’t put it together properly. The pictures in the instruction book don’t match the parts I have so very difficult to figure it out. Need seller to contact me.

I like the product and more importantly my cats do. However I am struggling to buy new filters for the product and cannot seem to find them on Amazon. I have also tried typing in the make into google but I am still having problems finding replacements this way too. It could be that I am not typing the correct information in to find them! If anyone reading this know where I can buy more that would be great. I am worried that I will not be able to carry on using this product if I cannot get more filters. For this reason I will give the product 3 stars. If I could easily have got hold of more filters then it would be a higher rating.
