Hold more than 20 ounces. I like to use a lot of ice in drinks during the summer and drink lots of water so these are a great size for that purpose. These are the kind of glasses that get used in commercial places like bars and restaurants and they were sold by a restaurant supply company. They are made sturdy, not dainty! Libbey has always made good durable glassware like this and it takes a lot to break one. I have had some of their 12 ounce and 16 ounce glasses for more than 25 years. Only one has cracked or chipped in all that whole time, and that was only because one was dropped on a ceramic tile floor. I have had a thinner and much more expensive European brand of supposedly toughened glasses and two of those broke in the dishwasher within just a few years! My order of 12 glasses came fast and all of the glasses were intact. Double boxing with lots of bubble wrap between the boxes ensured that outcome, so special thanks to the seller for going the extra mile.The box says union made in the USA.

These are very nice glasses. They are well balanced and don't turn over easily. They are replacement glasses for plastic (Phasing out).

I typically keep a pitcher of smoothie in the fridge and I just want to chug it down quickly in the mornings. The fridge makes it too cold to chug, so I pop it in the microwave to warm it up slightly. I wanted glasses big enough to hold 20 oz. comfortably, good quality and made of glass, not plastic which might leach chemicals when heated.These glasses are perfect. Heavy duty, so they don't chip easily. They are designed to hold 24 oz. up to the brim, so 20 oz. fits comfortably. The rim of the glass is nice and smooth, and the whole glass is very solid and well-made. The inside of the glass is nice and smooth too.They are just slightly under 7 inches tall, so make sure you have enough clearance to fit in your microwave/shelves. The bottom of the glass is pretty much flat, so when they are drying in your dishwasher it won't collect a puddle of water that takes forever to dry. They don't nest, so don’t try to stack them or they can get stuck together and can be cracked or chipped when you try to pull them apart. They are a tad heavy, but with "heavy-duty", that comes with the territory. They are nice-looking too.I know I'm just talking about drinking glasses here, but I couldn't be happier with these. I bought 3 cases, that's 36 glasses... I drink a lot of smoothies :)

This is what to use if you’re drinking ice tea on a hot day or making a glass of lemonade for yourself. I’ve had these For a few years and nothing has broken or chipped. I wish I could’ve bought a six pack or a four pack because 12 is quite a bit. The glass seems to be pretty nice, it hasn’t scratched and all the glasses look very clear and pretty.

These 24 ounce Libby beverage glasses arrived promptly in good shape. They are heavy, well finished and designed so that they are not easily tipped over. They fit on the top rack of our dishwasher, and I really like the shallow lip on the the base that retains little water and allows the bottom to dry completely after being washed. They replace 28 ounce acrylic tumblers that worked well for 10 years but are no longer available. I feel that these replacements may last forever. Highly recommended. I gave each feature five stars, but I have no idea what is meant by "warmth." They are not warm to the touch, which I judged to be an advantage. : )

My husband wanted a large sturdy glass. I searched the Internet for hours and these glasses are really the only ones that fit the bill. They are actually quite perfect, except when they arrived three were smashed in the box. I decided to keep them since they were nine that were usable. I kind of wish Amazon had a policy where you could get partial credit on an order that arrived with problems. It is so much trouble to try to return an order with smashed glass inside.

Tried these to replace my almost impossible to find 24 oz working glasses and am very impressed by how much nicer they are. Didn't really want a dozen but that's what's available and don't mind having spares for the inevitable ones that will meet untimely ends.
