Useful if you know how to use.
I chose these instead of the others because I was getting three tubes for the price of almost one.Secondly this is the only tube on amazon which can have neutral grip, rest of the bands can only be used in pronated or supinated form only.Thirdly you can use multiple bands at the same time to increase the resistance.Fourthly, a con, the hooks are plastic. I expected them to be metal.Don't know how long they will last. Reviewing them after a month. I use them for feeder workouts. Fingers crossed.
