This specific brand/formula was recommended to me by my primary care physician and I can see why: it truly works better than any other B vitamin supplement I've ever tried. I have re-purchased it six times now and on the odd day or two that I'm without it, I absolutely notice a difference in my energy and concentration. Its good, brought back my energy but the not good side effect which I didn't like was it makes me super hungry like starving. I stopped taking it because of that.

As a part of my regiment it was reccomended I take a vitamin b-complex pill. This stuff does the trick and then some! My labs actually came back with my B12 too high and I had to cut back on my dosage. If you need a b12 boost then these absolutely will do the trick, or they at least did for me. My only complaint is the smell. It is very potent.

This is the brand and formulation that my doctor recommended so I'm giving it 5 stars. . I haven't researched it beyond that so I have no idea if I agree with the amounts of each form of B in it.

Love the Vital B-Complex. I feel better, better temperament, patience and my stress level is not off the charts. Works great for me with a multi vitamin and a probiotic. This combination has taken a year to work but no more stomach pains. And aldo fresh fruits and vegetables daily I feel great physically.
