2 at once
We have a 5 and an almost 2-year old boy and they absolutely love this in our living room. It's great because they can both use it at the same time.

School and Home I like it.
homeschool she 7 yrs old and is allowed to have electronics 1 hour a day (not school related electronics) although is forPE in school. so when she wants more time on electronics she has to jump on the trampoline the entire time over one hr. sure limits the electronics! the ends fold down and is a rocking thing but it is a little smaller if you need the space at the time. it will not hold my and her weight at 7 she weighs 104 lbs. and is almost 5 feet tall. and at 74 I will not tell you how much I weight. I can use it but not with her at same time. overall good quality if someone can break something she is the girl for you! She really likes it. Holds on to handle and does Ballet and practices lyrical on it.

It’s holding up great !
From previous reviews, it appears the instructions have improved. I was able to put it together by myself. Had it over a month now, the kids still love it. I had to tape rules on the wall beside it because kids are dangerous and like to swing on the pole but so far it’s held up. I actually, was hanging upside down on it after I was drinking and it held up. I’m 160lb, I also wouldn’t recommend doing that as an adult. But it helps the kids burn energy before bed so, It’s doing its job.

Item broke twice
I have purchased this item twice. I had to replace it and both times one of the springs broke from my child jumping on it at least 5 days out of the week. Please make sure you purchase protection plan if your child will be jumping regularly.

At the end of the day, We are very happy with this purchase.
I am pretty handy putting things together. I can usually make alot of sense out of instructions that are said to be difficult. I even enjoy putting things together immensely. For me, this trampoline was not given acceptable instructions to get it put together without raising your blood pressure and causing irritation.I did need to take apart and try again several times with getting that handle bar assembly attached properly to the bottom and the legs. It was not described correctly in the booklet. I understand that to explain it correctly, it would have been very difficult to do so. I can understand why the manufacturer chose to explain it more simply. However, there is no way around needing to do it more complicated. You will be require to have another adult hand in getting this handle bar assembled and attached properly. The instructions want you to put both of the legs into the bar assembly and attach the long middle bar, all before attaching the parts to the trampoline. This will not work...because all the parts are very strong rigid metal (which is GOOD). You need to keep the long middle bar unattached at one end, put both legs up on the trampoline to begin attaching them (all while your helper is holding the trampoline, as you will need to have it balanced on its side to do this). You will then need to twist and jimmy the long bar into the unattached side while also keeping it attached to the trampoline. It is NOT hard to do but needs a little thought and strategy to do this. Once you figure out this is the only way to get this thing on the trampoline, you will be home-free. Do not attempt to put both legs on the trampoline with that middle bar already screwed into place on both ends. It will not work well and give you a headache. :).Even with all this to have figured out (which didn't take too much time), I would have purchased this again. It is a great trampoline, and most importantly, I trust my children on it. I know it is a solid strong piece. Quality over instruction writing talent. :).Enjoy.

Ancheer offers no customer service for damaged/missing items
The package was received and several parts were missing or damaged. I emailed per the user manual and did not receive a response. The only avenue for customer service is an email which they do not respond to. When I found an Ancheer customer service number online, the representative John said he was just the answering service and could not assist me despite my calling in their posted business hours. Unless you’re okay with ordering two products to scavenge all the parts you need and then returning one box, don’t purchase from this company.

Good customer service
The product is ok. Assembly was not easy as described and instructions were unclear. But we were able to build it.Unfortunately, the handlebar is missing a hole and we can not secure the height.Update: the manufacturer contacted us to offer new parts and offer options to solved the problem. Communication was easy and we were able to keep the product.

Doesn't fold-up for storage 🙈
CONS:My #1 problem with this is that it doesn't store away easily. I thought it would fold up so I could store it away when not in use, but that's misleading....unless you want to take it fully apart every time you store it. It's foldable out of the box or fully taken apart. I ABSOLUTELY wouldn't have bought it if it was clearer that it's not easy to store, but now that I have it I'm just going to tolerate it 🙃My #2 issue is that the bar's lowest setting is pretty tall. My daughter is 3ft and it's at her eye level. I wish I could make it a little lower for her.PROS:It's a good size for me and my daughter to jump on it. Together we are over the weight limit, but it seems very sturdy. I was very nervous if we BOTH could be on it, but as long as I don't get too crazy we are fine. There is also enough space where if her and a friend are jumping I don't have to worry about them bouncing into each other.Like I mentioned, I feel misled, but I didn't return it. Why? Because my daughter loves it too much and I guess I can make space for it. 😮💨
